I don't THINK it would, personally, but I'm not a legal expert.

Haberkorn Gaiden may end quicker than the Vic Mignogna arc since there are presumably fewer people involved (I can only think of Jessie Pridemore, Adam Sheehan, and maybe Monica Rial).

It's gonna happen either way, more than enough evidence of all prior crap is still gonna get brought up, it's just if someone starts shit during this period, it just makes shit worse for the parties getting sued.

What I am wondering about, is what happens around the cons that simply did not invite Vic because he was too hot to handle now? I know the COO of Phoenix and still involved with A-Kon likes Vic but didn't invite him (at least hasn't announced him). I am assuming that it was because he was embroiled in this mess.

What happens when this is resolved and Vic wins and/or is exonerated? These conventions didn't breach but where they routinely invited him, the chose not to here. Could these somehow show damages?

I dont like the idea of splitting the thread up. Keeping up is easy with keeping an open tab, bookmarking, using search history, and just remembering the page number you left off.
