I think they're desperate. And mad. But mostly REALLY fucking desperate.

Monday, Monday, so good to me
Monday mornin´, it was all I hoped it would be
Oh Monday mornin´, Monday mornin´ couldn´t guarantee
That Monday evenin´ you would still be here with me

"But whenever Monday comes, but whenever Monday comes
A-you can find me cryin´ all of the time"

Kickvic come Monday

She had a Con Guest pass. Not a paid admission attendee pass. She had the type of pass given to those that the Con invites as presenters. He same type of pass the Vic or a Sabat or Rial would have. And she wasn’t invited by the Con.

Yea, that's why I hate it when Shane says that Nick lied when he said that no guest interfered with anyone other person's contract, because Nick was telling the truth. Guests are panelists, people who were planning to show up and do Q&As and autographs and shit. Attendees have their own badges. Guests and attendees aren't the same thing.

She got a guest pass, based on Senpai, which means that she had the pass of someone who was originally a panelist or someone doing autographs at Kameha Con.

And since she was at the event with Monica and Josh Grelle and whoever, that might narrow it down.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Seems to me this Case of the Mysterious Guest Pass would be preventable if the passes had the guests name on them. Aren't they supposed to be personalized and identifiable?

I wish that was the case.

Either way, what a dumb cunt. Thanks for the lawsuit ammo I guess.

It's good the ALOD is probably handling the in-court representation here because the only minor wrinkle this introduces is now Ty is a material witness to at least some of the shit the case is about. He already was to some degree, but in person stupidity by this brainless whore is another matter.

Yeah, interesting strategy: remove the lawyer by making them a witness.

It doesn't really work that way unless it creates a conflict of interest, but it can be awkward. Ty isn't doing the in-court examinations though, since the ALOD is probably going to do most of that for reasons of competence and optics.

Do you think they only pulled this because of how little impact their boycott and shitty hole in the wall signing had?

Maybe in part. I think it's just stupid doing what stupid does. They have no fore'thot' or analytical thinking ability, and don't need any... because the script and their handlers tell them what to do.

This is one tiny part of the whole. This exact bullshit has been pulled in one form or another across the board from Metoo/Hollywood to 'die ins' to 'insert idiocy here'. this is being directed from people over their pay grade.

I would have to say that if it is true that papers are going to be served on Monday, this is the fastest lawsuit on gamergate/comicsgate/weebwars to materialize yet.

Even Meyer vs Waid took months to materialize. This is just around 2 months. The kickvic side really just did the work for the Beard to jail them all

Range, how natural they sound, if they can keep their tone properly, how they handle action/emotional scenes, stuff like that. The best ones can make you tear up in the right scene just by conveying emotion that strongly.
Don't want to go full weeaboo, but I will agree once you get used to it you can hear the emotions in their voices making or breaking a scene. Deku's sub VA really moved me during the Muscular fight, but watching it in dub, it didn't feel as convincing. Scenes where they're in a lot of stress or pain usually come off as more realistic in subs, seems like they're actually straining compared to english VA's. Very off topic though.

Cosplay Thot liked these tweets.

You continue to underestimate their stupidity. It'll be fun to see which costhot is next to say "hold my buttplug" and impress us.
the literal only move dumber than this (beyond pleading guilty with no plea deal offered) is for them to try assaulting, nevermind trying to murder, vic himself to try and prevent the lawsuit.

So do we have a rough summary of just how badly this weekend has gone for the #kickvic crew? It would seem nothing has gone as they expected. They keep crying Rape! People are supposed to act differently then they are. Instead we get a parade of glorious optics, that every other con has to be taking note of.

  • Vic has drawn an insane crowd. He has been at capacity for 2 days. Hours long lines to see him. Easily the biggest single draw they have.
  • the VA’s who cancelled in protest? The drew nothing away from the con. Almost nobody could be bothered. What few pathetic numbers they had were mostly fluffed up with unwilling YuGiOh players who wanted nothing to do with them.
  • they tried to fake evidence. Again! This time right in front of Con security and Vic’s Lawyer. Thereby ending their most sympathetic “victim” the poor poor woeful cosplay thot who got doxed by the viscous and mean Nazi terrorists known as kiwi farms.
  • at every turn Vic was shown to be a safe compelling compassioate, wildly loved and profitable guest.
  • At every turn the kickvic VA’s and their minions seem ever more unhinged, insane and unprofitable. The only things they would appear to draw to cons are potential lawsuits. They show themselves as a liability. Kamehacon lost no business de to their complaints, their tantrums or their antics. The only business impact they seemingly had was pissing off Toei, thus causing the cancellation of a beloved Japanese VA, and Sabat taking his ball and going home tour cancellation.
  • Shame showed up on Kiwifarms, and in the effort to prove himself better informed and smarter then our weaponized artists, largely gave proof to Vic’s legal claims, while offering no such proof or evidence regarding “victims”. He also showed himself to be a far more worrisome and creepy convermin than anything Vic was ever accused of.
Overall takeaway, Vic = Money in the bank. Kickvic THOTs and minions = Legal risk, chaos, bullying, bad behavior and loss of audience.

I think we can understand why Ty has had a shit eating grin all day.
