But Meyer v waid filing is a surprise to him as well right? What is the hilarious thing he talked about yesterday? Did Nick know that Shane was gonna come on the farm to get milked firsthand?
No, it's much more likely that this filing was what he was preparing us for. And he can know that the filing was coming but still be surprised by the contents.

Nick is covering the latest papers on Meyer v Waid. Nick is gonna have fun rubbing Zaid's face in it, but expect the Beard to make a call first

Tim Pool will be on Nick's stream tomorrow. Won't be at usual time, nor usual length.

An appearance on Nick's show by an Unlikely Beard is likely in the near future.

Ty Beard confirms that Skye was picked up with a guest pass. Also that she had a day pass, which is like $35, and would have given her entry to the con. The guest pass would give her behind-the-scenes access, though. So that's... interesting.

He also confirms that "everyone" was waving cameras around, so whatever Skye was doing that got her picked up by security, it was suspicious.

Someone got a 400 pages long retraction demand letter because you have to include every single defamatory statement.

Iago and Igor are NOT in round one.

There will be a picture of all this paper on their conference table. Nick has permission to share it now.

Seriously. Imagine going into a lawyer's office and laying that down on the table. The lawyer either tells you outright to retract all the statements (and maybe you skate by with the consultation fee) or he can start going through it and you can begin by taking out a second mortgage.

If it goes to court you're buying him a yacht. But it's a low price for spreading social justice on twitter, right?
