Nick has said he wasn't referring to Shane. So it's more like shooting someone in the head, missing, but somehow the bullet still hits the person directly behind them. (Luckily, in this case, Shane.)

This doesn't add up. If those letters were mailed yesterday, I think it'd be at least Monday before they'd be received.
Most likely Ron just consulted with a lawyer, and the lawyer very probably said: you should probably private your Twitter and stop sperging out, and yeah, come back if and when you actually get sued.

I know he suffers from some sort of medical condition called PKU. That might have something to do with it. He just looks kinda gaunt to me.

Oh please print out and frame this one. Ty just confirmed filings on Monday. A massive document drop of letters demanding retraction went out Yesterday. The targets should start getting those today and Monday. At least 1 person is getting 400 separate letters. One for each tweet. Ty Beard outright said Ron Toye has quite a bit of mail coming.
