Toye not being scared can be answered in two ways

A. He has some super secret evidence that he has on Vic and he is going release shortly

B. He's clueless as fuck
he's a clueless fuck with worthless garbage at most he thinks is a super secret bombshell

That's a strange explanation to pull. Why would you need a guest pass from a friend if you have your own? Also who bounced around? Are you trying to say the CON STAFF were harassing you?

Thots, SJWs, and other Squirrelbrains consider anyone who might disagree with them, correct them, demand proof, or generally get in the way of their way in any form to be HARASSING THEM.

They don't care about the meanings of words. They just know they can scream that word and their beta orbiters and manginas rush forward to defend them, people flinch away from attacking them, social media bans their enemies, allies write articles supporting them, and people treat them like victims.

It's like a troll enemy in an RPG, you smack them and they summon something infinitely more annoying to deal with.

vic will definately be deposed by the defense. But I wonder: who ELSE would/could the defense depose? Remember, they need to show evidence that Vic is a creepy deviant who preys on women and children.
Ooh here's a thought. What if Shane is so useless to kickvic the defense deposes him.

After all he apparently witnessed vic's heinous acts.

Like I said, there's no charges against Nick here. But Nick IS involved: He's running the gofundme, he introduced Vic to Ty, and he acts as a mouthpiece for Vic's case and cause. He's substantially connected enough to warrant a deposition (remember: the court can't assume what he WILL say; only what he MIGHT say), but I would also assume there are logistical problems bringing him to Texas.

But point taken. It'd be pretty up-hill.

Vic will definately be deposed by the defense. But I wonder: who ELSE would/could the defense depose? Remember, they need to show evidence that Vic is a creepy deviant who preys on women and children.
Would stating what Vic has said be enough legal action to bring someone who reads tweets, laws, and gives his opinion to Texas court? doubtful imo.
Ty and him talk about the law, ask pointers and things like that. Would be hard for them to explain to the judge how no lawyer friends don't talk about a case their doing or did.
They would have to explain that the information Nick got was from Ty, or Vic before a judge would really say Nick would be required to participate in the court case.
Very up hill battle and unlikely to succeed, let alone not get instantly dismissed by the judge.

EDIT:

Defending themselves at all would be a wasteful squandering of money. I'm laboring under the delusion they intend to mount some sort of defense. (Okay, my turn to be :optimistic:, I guess.) Though, in all likelihood, the lawyers will get together, look eachother in the eyes, and settle on some huge undisclosed sum. I REALLY hope Ty doesn't let them off without a very Very VERY public apology from EVERYONE INVOLVED. But that's just the nature of law: these things tend to fizzle out unceremoniously.
there is no way nick is going to get called to court for any of this, he's not involved in the defamation, all the evidence he has ty has and more, AND, lawyers talk to judges and other council members off record, outside of court. if there was any threat of some tard trying to pull nick into it, if the judge didnt outright deny it like he already would, it would just take a talk with ty backing nick's credentials up. they wouldn't want to drag anther lawyer in for no reason. it would cause shit

There's gna be some KickVic sperg who's gna post about this later on Twitter.

I don't think anyone involved in this round will be physically capable of swinging again later, I meant other people who get the idea to do it will almost certainly be halted by the legal destruction he seems to be about to rain down on these current people. And if he succeeds in forcing retractions this time and reveals it's a conspiracy built on lies, it becomes much harder to convince people a second time. It's like fighting off a sickness or infection. If it doesn't kill you the first time, you're more resistant to it the next time - in some cases even immune.

I mean, not to toot my own horn @Allanon, but TOOT TOOT, I called it :story::story::story: Special thank you to Dominique and her gigantic teeth ass

Also can i get a :drink: react for con security who, according to Monica, were supposed to be non-existent yet managed to throw this thot out the moment she tried to pull some crap:story: Speaking of which, Major Fs in the chat to all the spergs who thought kamehacon would flop because their relatively unknown asses weren't going to be there.

I'm still catching up on the thread (922 atm) but as soon as I'm done i have some good grabs ima post (thumbnails of course,?)

If Ty doesn't depose Shane first. lol

Real talk? Nick talks about WAY more than "what Vic has said." And if the issue of 'where nick got the information from' came up, that would be the REASON to depose him, not the defense AGAINST deposing him. (Though, let's be honest, you probably wouldn't WANT a lawyer like Nick on-the-record in your case if he's hostile to your defense. But a guy can dream.)

They'd have to come to him, not the other way around.

(1) For a Trial, Hearing, or Deposition. A subpoena may command a person to attend a trial, hearing, or deposition only as follows:

(A) within 100 miles of where the person resides, is employed, or regularly transacts business in person; or

(B) within the state where the person resides, is employed, or regularly transacts business in person, if the person

(i) is a party or a party's officer; or

(ii) is commanded to attend a trial and would not incur substantial expense.

Also personal jurisdiction would still have to exist. They can't just subpoena anyone anywhere.

If they decide to do something that dumb and waste their time, they'll be doing it on their own dime.

I'm confused as to what you called? I was speaking about post-lawsuit, not more challengers showing up pre-lawsuit.

They have to prove that individually. So, Rial has to prove that what happened to her happened in the way that she described. Marchi has to prove that what happened to her happened in the way that she described. And excetera, excetera.

So, if Vic says that these altercations happened but that they're consensual, the defense has to prove that it wasn't consensual. And how would they do that?

They might depose him (and even Ty), though, because the defendants are mentally handicapped. Nevermind those pathetic ethics complaints made towards Ty and Nick by La Choy.

they won't, it'd be ludicrous and denied and if they tried like i said it would just take ty pointing out the obvious or nick chewing them out on the phone or other medium. absolutely tiny probability, practical impossibility. the opposition wouldn't want to drag this out more either because time = $. even if they're retarded it won't fly

Looks legit. The end-around there would be deposing Nick in Minnesota, right? At the defendants' expense?

And this would probably only happen if Rial et al convinced their attorneys that Nick had some info that either exonerates them or casts Vic in a bad light. (Which they might be stupid enough to try and do.)

How utterly sad would that be? Everyone deposes you because you give nothing of value as an ally.
#HowEmbarrassing!

But at least we'd finally get some answers:

"Mr. Holmberg, did you make these statements regarding Mr. Mignogna, and I quote, 'victimizing the underaged'?"

"Yes."

"Mr. Holmberg, how long did you know your wife's father before you married her?"

or
C assumes that Funimation's investigation proves Vic is a sexual predator so his 'defamation' claims become valid.

Another thing I want to point out about this fucking investigation.

Monica admitted to civil conspiracy on her Feb. 19 message about her allegations and shit. She literally said that she talked with three other people (supposedly involved in the investigation) that had the same stories she had, and that she decided to report it because it corroborates what her friends were saying.

What investigation has witnesses/interviewees talking to each other before they're investigated? What the fuck? Who the fuck allowed this?

Why do you think when groups of people are arrested or seized for anything, they're put in separate meeting/interrogation rooms? So that they don't converse with one another.

So, if Vic says that these altercations happened but that they're consensual, the defense has to prove that it wasn't consensual. And how would they do that?

By a preponderance of the evidence, meaning the trier of fact weighs the evidence on each side and finds the accusers more credible and that the allegations are more likely than not true.

The defense is completely hobbled on this because all of their "witnesses" have publicly and provably lied repeatedly about the subject matter of the lawsuit including absolutely outrageous lies like fake swattings, publicly colluding explicitly to make up fake evidence, and now Dominique the thot's weird false flag attempt.

None of them have any credibility and they started out their assault by self-destructing completely any credibility they ever had.

He could probably invoke privilege on most of what he could testify about anyway. He either is privy to nothing other than what anyone who can look at the public information already knows, or if he did become privy to knowledge as part of collecting money as a service, albeit a free one, for the defense, it's work-product. Anything he did relating to retaining representation for Vic or as part of helping those representatives is privileged.

even if the kickvic side deposes Nick for their side, it would be a really bad idea to do so. Nick is a lawyer, probably even has experience inn deposition,so even if they question him, Nick can probably turn any question around to their disadvantage

the kickvic side would be basically inviting a timebomb to blow up on their faces to do so.

By a preponderance of the evidence, meaning the trier of fact weighs the evidence on each side and finds the accusers more credible and that the allegations are more likely than not true.

So the defense has to rely on the believably of the defendant? Because the person being sued will be the only person who can provide any evidence of any sexual assault, since she and Vic are the only witnesses.

So, my speculation back in early March was right: the defendant's credibility has to be destroyed. What would Marchi and Rial have done to destroy their credibility specifically, since they're probably being sued directly? The civil conspiracy or the malice tweets/DMs that were revealed?

Renfamous, RenfamousX, and RaisedByWolves are now banned, correct? Does she have any other puppets floating around that are known?
Raised By Wolves is gone, but Ren and RenX are still up. Her other accounts haven't been mobilized yet.

People. Still. Think. Nick. Is. Vic's. Lawyer. CARL, PASS ME SOME ALCOHOL PLEASE!
Nigga, I'm out.

I drank 70% of my supply just to erase those landwhale images from PULL's gay ops out of my Eidetic memory-- and the other 30% last night trying to read Shane's board tweets without punching the screen so I could transcribe them.

So, what the hell is the last tidbit going on with Toye? Did he get served or something?
