Depends on his clientele. Lawyers like Jack Thompson and Michael Avenatti were out there in the public saying way worse shit before they ended up disbarred/imprisoned. It's not like Nick is Vic's lawyer, unlike how Jack Thompson would always sperg out in the media about GTA while representing victims of some school shooting in some suit against Rockstar.Nick is pushing the limits on what an activate courtroom-oriented lawyer should be doing/saying on YouTube. His YouTube activities don't actually need to be unethical in a disciplinary sense for it to be a bad idea for his law career. It was really a matter of time until something from his YouTube career manifested itself in the legal realm.
I would never hire a lawyer with a YouTube channel, especially Nick.
I don't see that as a minus. In fact, as far as Nick's clients goes, they won't necessarily care if he has a youtube channel or not.Nick is pushing the limits on what an activate courtroom-oriented lawyer should be doing/saying on YouTube. Depends on the case. Just look how many eyes he put on #KickVic. To anyone who legitimately thinks that's a bad thing: HELLO P.U.L.L. You could also argue the opposite. Hes very respectful toward anonymity, and has presented a lot of legal know-how. Still, I could see how hos youtube activity could be off-putting toward potential clientsNick is pushing the limits on what an activate courtroom-oriented lawyer should be doing/saying on YouTube. It seems like alot of people who hire him don't seem to really use the internet much so I doubt they care about his antics on here. People think the internet is huge but you would be surprised how many people don't use it, my siblings seem to keep their social media to a absolute minimum and they are 17-25 (the most I've seen from them is one of them watches PewDiePie but that's it really)Nick is pushing the limits on what an activate courtroom-oriented lawyer should be doing/saying on YouTube. I get where you are coming from, i can respect that opinion and he may have to tone it down as his channel grows, BUT.Nick is pushing the limits on what an activate courtroom-oriented lawyer should be doing/saying on YouTube. I never heard of this guy before, or the porn studio on the other side, but I'm really stunned by the people saying that he must just give up the brand he's been building for half a decade just because some porn company is coming out with a new product of the same name. At this point in the product's development, it really should be very little sweat off the studio's back to just change the name of their product just enough to avoid confusion.
