He is so, so stupid. I can only guess that he is throwing himself on his sword for Monica, which I can kind of understand; we all do stupid stuff for the people we love. What boggles me is the fact that Monica herself has mostly shut up, so I wonder if she has set him as their attack dog. But I guess we'll find out what the hell he is thinking in the relatively near future.

Yeah, Ty attempted to reach out to the one lawyer like a month ago when it was first brought up, but is it really Ron's full-time lawyer who's coming to court with him? Especially since this lawyer would've already told him a long time ago to shut the fuck up and get off of Twitter?

Oh if only we could witness this idiots next meeting with his lawyer? The one where he hands him the 400 separate incidents of defamation that will each have to be defended in court. With fully half of them occurring AFTER he last spoke to his lawyer. It is Texas. His lawyer might simply kill him and claim self defense.

Just do the mental math. The Lawyer Ron supposedly hired is expensive. A well established firm. Figure $500/hr billing rate. The Beard just dropped 400 individual claims on him. Each will have to be researched, come up in deposition, and fully defended. And that’s just the public twitter shit. God knows what this sperg DM’d to Kamehacon? But he was somehow in the loop. Do the math and it gets very ugly, very fast. How much time will the Lawyer end up billing per Tweet? Assuming the bare minimum of 1 billable hour per defamatory tweet it’s a $200,000 Legal bill. And that’s before anybody says word one about TI. That’s pure unrecoverable sunk costs just for mounting a defense. That’s not judgements. That’s just the shit he knows about as of Friday. Monday things get much much worse.

Yeah dipshit, does your wonderful attorney know you didn’t shut up on Twitter and continued to defame the likely plaintiff several hundred more times? Does he know you already filed a fraudulent bar complaint against opposing council? One in which you continued to defame the Plaintiff in a sworn filing? Does he know about the Kamehacon Tortious Interference that you and Rial committed AFTER you met with him? Does he know about the contract breaches committed in support of the TI? Does he know you dragged your employers business into that Kamehacon TI?

I’m thinking all your attorney knows is the brief discussion you had with him in your initial consult. All he knows is what you told him. You clearly didn’t give him the go ahead to attempt to reach out and resolve this prior to litigation. I’m thinking you will be lucky if he doesn’t kick you to the curb when he sees the dates on all of this. That this happened after you engaged him and against advise of council. I’m thinking if he doesn’t tell you to find a new lawyer, he’s going to tell you a new price to clear this up. And that price will bankrupt you.

Same thing here. If someone's so keen to make a "death threat" why not take 5 minutes to make a burner twitter account to do it? OTOH if they're DMing or emailing them, why not take 5 minutes to show a screengrab and prove yourself the victim you claim to be? Oh, I know why: BECAUSE THE THREATS DON'T EXIST

This is clearly the case. His attorney hasn’t been watching what soye has been doing. When soye goes to his attorney with the takedown demand he’ll be told to shut up and never mention Vic online again.

Well after 6PM? I'm sure the YGO crowd was absolutely thrilled to see that their tournament was disrupted because a dangerhaired orca need to beach herself away from a blue whale calf she thinks is a rape cave-owning dolphin.

If I were her, I'd keep a close eye on my car's brakes, said car's oil intake valves, and my credit card activity for a while.
