For the record, Christian’s absolutely hate when liberal shitbags attempt to use their forgiving Christian nature as a weapon against them.

There's a meme about that, isn't there? Fat neckbeard type looking smug? "Don't you know Christianity says you have to do what I say and be all tollerant and stuff? Oh, hell no, I'm no Christian, but if I bring up that iron age fairytale bullshit maybe you'll do what I want."

Ron made it personal, so yes. Yes he is going to make him answer all 400 tweets individually. Ron has managed to piss of BHBH into Ty ordering "absolute petty mode" for the law firm to enact and will probably write off their own billable hours on those specific parts just to fuck with Ron et al for the shit they tried to pull against them.
You really have to marvel at the mindset of people that intentionally antagonize a high end law firm for sport. It stands as irrefutable proof of a mental condition and should be a red flag to anyone/friends/family that the person is in need of legitimate psychiatric evaluation. The level of misery a lawyer, much less an entire firm of them, can bring down on your life could bankrupt you/your family/your business (and the associated fallout to employees) for life.

I honestly think BHBH will submit an amended complaint in a few days to illustrate to the judge the shear volume of new material generated by RonRon here in the brief span between when they printed up their case to submit it, and when he gets served.
Ron's really making the case for the necessity of a TRO. :)
Ty had indicated during one of his calls that he welcomed Ron et al to file as many frivolous delay motions as they'd like because he would use them as opportunities to repeatedly require them to show up in person.
Yeah... Ty said that he's happy to depose Ron as many times and as long as the court will let him. And every time Ron's lawyer files something to delay the case, Ty will have another excuse to sit Ron across the table from Amazon Prime and depose him for 3 or 4 hours.

this is more true than some think.

the best way to bring the wrath of god is to try to use a christians religion against them.

note: oh and let's not forget, vic has a decent chunk of fuck you money and a horde of fangirls and fanboys and now is friends with real lawyers.......... the wrath of god has come in the form of a bearded lawyer.

I was explaining this whole thing to a colleague last night. An older Christian Church Lady type. And it astonished me as I laid it out, just how many sermons you could build around Vic’s story. I mean you could make one of those cheesy Christian movies about Weeb Wars... and get Kevin Sorbo to play Vic. It has that whole message of maintaining faith in the face of adversity, and God will provide...

Ummm... God will provide... us...

We are the Hand of God!

Well maybe not the whole hand... just part of the Hand

Call it A Finger!

I think we all know which finger.

I wonder if Choy's deposition will be as good as Waid's, more tears maybe?

[John Cleese Voice]"Yes, it was the middle one"[/John Cleese Voice]

Could this be the first ever Christian Anime? I mean it's already very easily a Hallmark style movie, with the good hearted lawyer promising Vic's own mother going into battle.

The wait is killing me, i hope it happens soon.

The Law moves at the Laws pace. Also before anyone despairs. Nobody is going to get or see anything until the Court posts it first. Ty can’t give Nick a copy of things until after it is published as a court record. Apparently For anything involving defamation in Texas the court must publish it first or you fuck up your whole case.

So don’t panic. It will get there. The Law happens at the Laws speed. It isn’t social media instant gratification. If you get bored go read through the Mark Waid deposition, just to get an idea of what these clowns are going to look like.

Don’t forget about the lies in his ethic complaints to both Ty and Nick.

I can't imagine imagine the oblivious arrogance these scumbags have to claim to be speaking for the man whose reputation and life they literally maliciously destroyed out of pure hatred.

Vic may forgive these people but I want to see them burned at the stake.

I think it'd be funny just dragging Ron into deposition and the amazons have a leisurely lunch while deposing him for another 4 hours. That's the part I suspect Ty will do pro bono. Mostly because he made it oh so personal.

I kind of understand it from people who have basically nothing- Marzgirl, for example-, but as far as I can see, Toye has plenty that can be taken away from him. Money, reputation, probably his relationship. He's not just betting the barn, he's betting the house, the horse, and his own britches, even when he clearly has the losing hand.

Reminds me of this.
