Not sure how @Null would feel about a weeb infestation on his webzone, but it's honestly not surprising. Most anime fan forums are total trash. I think earlier people were posting from a dragonball fan forum and the mods were acting the good commissars on this issue policing wrong think. Isn't the first time lost fandom find themselves ship wrecked here on the kiwi isles. We got many refugees from reddits politics boards, /pol/tards who cannot take the cancer spam anymore, gamer review discussion groups and of course comics fandom.

While that would be glorious I think Sabat kept his nose too clean for round 1 which seems to be the most obvious and exceptional targets.

As a weeb I can tell you finding a good place to talk about things without the moral busybodies ruining everything gets trickier and trickier.
While the Livejournal fandom days were definitely not perfect it was a good place to find communities who liked the same chinese cartoons and wished to talk about that instead of the hellhole Tumblr is and Reddit which is... Reddit. In Reddit it's basically a coin toss on if you get good mods or dangerhairs (or both).

It is not. It's to slam dunk the case straight to the finishing line. Ty received something from KC.

I postulate that it's most likely the 3 hours of texts they sent to the KC con organiser. After they decided to throw Rial and her boo hoo crew under the bus after the pain and drama they caused them, when they had thousands going to see Vic in comparison.

It won't happen because none of those claims are named individuals. They are all a friend of a friend heard someone filtered through an annonymous social media identity. Outside of the VA's themselves, who have absurd claims, there is no one that they would be able to find to question. What few that may step forward will be without doubt unstable psychotic fictionalists seeking to insert themselves into the shitshow.

And it won't matter if they do find someone with some new accusation. They didn't know it when they spewed out the defamation. SoyToye cant call Vic a rapist three weeks ago, then seek to find an unknown victim today to bolster his bullsheet. And attempting to do that will only lead them deeper into legal and financial peril. Just look at the horror that was Marchi's hoping for a child that had been raped.

So let's think about this. If we give Sam the benefit of the doubt (for some reason) and assume that her 'shared' story is a fourth story, and that it's not made up we have an investigation that lasted maybe two weeks and had such jewels as:

1 - A consensual kiss between Vic and a co-worker after an extended courtship that presumably happened off-hours.

2 - Vic eating a poisonous jellybean as a joke.

3 - Something that happened to someone who isn't involved in Funimation while not on Funimation grounds that isn't sexual.

4 - One time Vic asked either Sam or some unidentified other woman to introduce him to a Japanese voice actress because they were known to speak Japanese. They refused because they knew the 'rumors' about him, and he became frustrated. He didn't do anything about this, he was just frustrated and this was extremely stressful for the poor girl, being expected to translate for her Japanese client so that a fellow professional in the industry could meet her.

What a stunning and super, super professional investigation.

I'd like to think that none of the other handful of accusations that have been levied at him were involved in the investigation, given they're so obviously fake, but who knows?

Don't forget that if one thing is no longer in house (ie in funimation) it automatically requires a non bias external investigator, so either they bought the $5/hr SJW penny profit external investigator for this job or kept it all 'in-house.'
If it's the later it's illegal lol

You're not wrong. Some were even shipwrecked before then. When Funimation decided to replace their old forums with the one they currently have, that community of users died with it. The sad excuse of a forum that they currently have lacks the notable users from the old and the level of engagement dropped into oblivion.

Kanzenshuu seemed like the only serious forum for Dragon Ball fans and, I'll give Mike LaBrie credit for this, he lessened his strict policies regarding the fandom around this time, too (such as the word filter that turned any dub name into the character's power name). Kanzenshuu used to be really anal about being a site strictly about the original Japanese version. Now, he seems to have reverted back to being a sperg like he was in the early 2000s, only the subject matter is Vic Mignogna.

I think it's actually good that we didn't get papers today. That probably means that the info came in and they are rewriting the docs to get it in.

Except in Texas it requires more then 5 people to report an incident to remove that limitation. They've already claimed 'hundreds' of people have come out, therefore the limitations (if any) would then be removed. It also doesn't matter if they where after the limitation or within, it just needs 5 or more to come out.
Easy google search and I guess you are a lawyer?
