If there was a police report Vic would know about it and pretty much Nick too considering Ty would've told him about it.
The likeliness that there is a super secretive and highly classified police report that even Vic doesn't know about it unlikely.
Assuming there is a one and they never followed it up with a police investigation it would mean that the report was inconclusive or there was nothing of not to start an investigation.
Either way that 'police report' is basically useless even if it's brought up in discovery.

If it was about Twitter "death threats" nobody uninvolved would necessarily know about it. But she'll certainly be asked about this, much as Mark Waid was recently, when he claimed death threats constantly but when asked in deposition about who made them and did he have copies no, he just deleted them because why save things of obvious legal significance.

That could be 100% true and yet still meaningless. People report stuff which isn't criminal to the police all the time and the majority of social media "threats" are not threats in the legal sense of the word.
