Hmmmm.... Charlene nee Ingram doesn't seem to be such a bad person.... She isn't sperging on and on about Trump and the SJW rhetoric. Pretty normal to me, and pretty cool.

I don't think she's fully aware of her husband's wrong doings though. That's something from his closet I'm sure she is fully unaware of.

They moved Playstation HQ to California.

Immediately upon doing so, SJWs performed Entryism and enacted policies to "fight sexism and the male gaze."

Since the HQ is in California, they can now push that shit on the Japanese side of things.

From what I understand, Japan isn't fucking happy.

Japanese companies do not understand the American market. Nintendo is exhibit A in this respect. The Japanese branch of Nintendo set down a bunch of crazy directives such as not allowing live streaming and independent review publication of their content. It took intense pressure from Nintendo of America to explain the facts of life about how Americans treat cultural products to get them to do the right thing.

In many respects though Nintendos hard Japanese corporate traditionalism has saved them from the worst of it. Most Japanese multi nationals like Sony hire US based marketing firms to advise them on how to position their products for the American market. Not east coast firms though. The extra 5 hours flight time to have in person meetings is too much. They hire west coast marketing firms. California based marketing firms. Which are staffed by liberal arts majors out of he University of California system.

And what do you think the "people" in these firms tell Japan is what is hip and required to sell the American cultural market? Pro tip, not to any culture outside upper middle class San Francisco and Los Angeles. But to the people in these marketing and consulting companies that culture and opinion is sacred and the culture/economic demands of the hicks in literally everywhere else in America are irrelevant.

Japan is getting bad info from the west coast Reeeeee brigade.

I think my Alzheimer's is kicking in as I don't remember saying that. But that kind of sucks they didn't credit Vic in V6. Honestly thought they were better than Funimation. Guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree after all.

Well yes. But do remember Video games are a different beast from tv shows or movies. The VA’s made a horrible mistake when they went on strike against video games in order to demand a percentage of the gross and residuals. They somehow failed to realize that unlike with scripted performance content such as movies and tv, with video games they are at best what is known as a Value Add. Something that is nice to have, but completely superfluous to the core product. That’s why they lost badly.

I should have realized this sooner, but it's very clear at this point that Monica is lying by omission.

It's a very easy idea. All you have to do is say the things you want to say on the internet and omit the things that compromise you, and then when you're criticized or people ask questions that can compromise you, you can just ignore, dismiss, and block, or just label it harassment and call them misogynists. It can also throw people off if it isn't true or doesn't exist. That's easy to do on the internet.

For example, Zenkaicon. Why did she offer to leave? She said that Todd had limits in the panels that he had at the convention, not her. There's no reason for her to leave. When you press her on that, she just says "you turn everything into a negative thing" or generalize, and blah blah blah.

She mentioned that Vic got kicked out of many studios for his supposed behavior. That could be useful for investigating whether there's some merit to the claims against Vic. Unfortunately, they never say which studios. It also makes no sense considering that Vic has become more and more popular over the years, and he hadn't shown to be bothered by it or wanting to sue by it.

Let's not forget her saying that the secrecy of the investigation was for Vic and not her, which is one of the dumbest things I ever heard in a while.

They haven’t found it yet because nobody was looking for it. It has nothing to do with Vic. Even insinuating it does may be taken as yet another instance of defamation. Monica complain8ng about social media death threats or abuse from third party actors not under the control of the Plaintiff is quite simply a nothingburger. The cops circular filed it the same way they do all social media suggestions that you die in a fire. It has no bearing on Vic his lawyers, or anyone following the looming legal actions. It’s an unrelated Monica Rial personal problem.
