They're not asking you for your information-- they're asking you for hard evidence of your claims, and all you've been able to produce in the way of that is an unsworn statement delivered at least a week after you teased it under the pretense of your friends that nobody ever saw supposedly being harassed.
The actual results of the investigation (that turned out inconclusive according to io9, with no indication of a second one)? We're not entitled to that.
People with evidence of their claims? We scared them off with our "harassment", a.k.a clamoring for evidence for your claims.
You seize every opportunity to not provide evidence that even you can say is hard evidence, and would want for yourself in the case that you were ever in the hot seat, and instead provide us with red herrings.

Also, my understanding of the matter is that Rial maligned the kissing incident with her being raped as a teenager, but spoke of the incident itself as "inappropriate".

It's as if she's trying to mitigate the case against herself by not claiming that she was outright raped, but wants everyone to get that she feels just as bad. It's as if she's preemptively trying to weasel out of clear defamation by making the claims themselves not actual crimes but still egregiously big social no-nos.
It's as if she has to embellish a non-rapey incident to be all but rapey, but still can't commit to being a complete backstabber.
