Vic would have been shown the investigation for legal reasons.

He would've gotten the investigation in discovery, if he didn't have it already.

They're chimping out over a leak of the very shit that they're counting on to win the case for them (as they've stated a gorillion times now, along with the 30 gorillion women that Vic raped that they think they will parade before the court).

They're not too bright.

They can't simply refuse to recognize a common law marriage, though, where the state recognizes it, at least not if they want to operate in that state.

I’m not sure how they handle that? I’m not in a Common Law State. But however they handle it, they will and do seek some form of verification. How do employers recognize common law marriage for purposes of benefits?

Will they do anything to Nick's leaker on Funi if it is true that they know who he is (which i 100% doubt)? Or will that bite them in the ass too if they try?

So she only told the jelly bean story to one person in the investigation team? or is she talking about something else in the leak that could out the person?

Just feels kind of weird, maybe she knows now the info is out there shes fucked and is trying to scare the leaker somewhat.

Not very smart saying a sexual harassment claim isn't why he was fired. One might take that as a confession that he wasn't fired over sexual harassment at all. That's just me though. Not a very smart thing to say regardless.

i doubt nick approves of a source of his putting himself in jeopardy, so if they do know who it is (x to doubt) and they go after him they're just fucking themselves more. so he's probably safe.

Well Monica is hinting she knows who leaked the investigation details to Nick and she "informed Sony".....

Oh boy she’s once again trying to “report to the mods” in real life. Can’t wait to see how that works out for her? Hey Mon, maybe you should have everyone try a mass flagging campaign again? I’m sure Sony’s HR will love that.

It's easy, show both getting mail at the same address, maybe a joint bank account and present yourselves as a married to them in person.

They have to find out who leaked it first.

I mean, to listen to these idiots, many very brilliant people have seen this investigation (if not participated in it) and know that Vic will be on his way to Sing Sing tomorrow.

Even fucking Shane thinks he knows what's in the investigation.

Not sure if he's just fucking with her or if the leaker really isn't who they think it is.

Considering the intellectual acumen of these people I'm leaning towards believing Nick.

Especially considering Funi has had an exodus of subs and is now facing boycotting of their big DBZ release.
I'm picturing some Gen-X'er accountant looking at their financials and hearing "I saw Red" by Warrant playing on his radio.

So if he wasn't fired over the jellybean story, which is still all kinds of hilarious and it's shocking how Marchi is still defending it, then what the hell was he fired for? Marchi is doubling down on the idea that eating a bean is sexual harassment, but in the same post also says he wasn't fired for that. That...wasn't the smartest thing to admit to.

He is an 'employee' to funimation through contract more or less so they would have to have a legit reason to fire him thus Vic would have been at least shown most if not all of the investigation.
I understand that no one would really take a company like funimation for breach of contract if they where informed of an investigation but the chances are with howbig he is and the fact DBZ fans are pretty large they'd have shown him some at the least.

I just look back to every time people have propped up this investigation as some sort of hard evidence and I can see why Monica is trying to cry to Sony to prevent any more information from it spreading
They were banking on alluding to this investigation and mysterious evidence so hard and now they can't use it as a weapon against Vic anymore without people making jellybean jokes and laughing at them into oblivion

It's a good sign that the rest of their super secret harrassment accusations against Vic are full of shit. I just wonder how trumped up and stupid they are considering that they really don't want people to know what their claims against Vic really are.

Also, these clowns really need to realize that the court system is nothing like Law & Order, hire a real attorney, and shut the fuck up.
