I've been thinking about joining for a while, but I really hate Discord in general. But I think Nick's might be worth it. Is it set up yet to auto-add you to the Discord?

The Meyer case didn't require him to file it in federal court, it just allowed him to file it there. He could have just sued in state court in Texas. Waid would have been able to remove it to federal court and would likely have done so, though, so it made sense to file it there in the first place (unless he just wanted to waste everyone's time).

After I paid, he asked for my e-mail, and I was added. You have to pay more than $5 to TALK, but $5 lets you listen.

Except for the protection is not retroactive. They have referred to each other as being engaged, not married. So a fail on prong 3.

So now what? She's Tyrion Lannister'd to know who the leak was? Are they that smart to pull it off? Does it mean if the leaker is fired Monica is doing another tortuous interference?

Vic would have been shown the investigation for legal reasons.
Kinda curious if he could show it to a lawyer anyways because of poor investigation or would have to wait tell the contract states the duration for.

It means that she's just giving Sony another reason to just clean house IF they decide to. And if that happens, the replacements probably won't be itching to hire the VA that caused a lawsuit, PO'd ther mothership and tanked the last regime.

TLDR: She's making herself and the other Metoo crew more unemployable by the tweet.
