The only way I see BHBH getting at RT is through vice principals that have made very bad decisions.
Imagine killing a fanfavorite character your fans love just out of spite lmao.

It's sad though, I remember reading that Vic really liked the role since it was different from his usual casting.
Discovery through Funimation and Monica could possibly open a door.

Not to add to the fire. But I checked again Luna's role within the company.

Does this count as vice principal? Because if it is. The beard might have something in the later rounds if Vic goes after RT. If not then, a settlement can be agreed upon and he could be fired from the company.

In 2018 Iago called Vic a pedophile straight up
Edit: if Iago is Sabat and not Sean that means BOTH Sean and Sabat have called Vic a pedophile before this crap. And Sean said he raped little boys which has nothing to do with the accusations against him from grown and teenaged women and more to do with being a Christian aka the whole priest raping little boys crap IMO

If writing is a defined division or Head of Writing is a corporate officer within RT, then yes. Here is the definition of vice principal from a 700 pages ago:

Vice principals are these:

"(a) Corporate officers;  (b) those who have authority to employ, direct, and discharge servants of the master;  (c) those engaged in the performance of nondelegable or absolute duties of the master;  and (d) those to whom a master has confided the management of the whole or a department or division of his business."
Also, I think Miles Luna has hiring privileges, but I can't say for sure.

Igor ALSO called Vic a pedophile. seems like they all wanted to pin the Christian on the typical "he rapes little boys" crap and settled on the few teenaged girl accusations to pin this pedo shit on him IMO

If he has hiring and firing privileges then he's a vice principal, if Miles does or not is yet to be seen.

BREAKING NEWS. You're not a moderator. Suck my cock.

Numerous people have repeatedly asked where it's gonna be filed so that they can do record searches. I have delivered on everything I have said I would try to deliver on. You all now have the theoretical ability to know when it's filed, the second the clerk enters it into the database.

You're welcome.

EDIT: There are 254 counties in Texas. I just gave you the correct one. Direct from Nick.
Take it easy paypig.
I didn’t know that info was high in demand but I should’ve known that so people can follow this as close as possible so my apologies to people that wanted that.
I personally don’t really do all that shit. I just sit back do nothing and watch trashfires burn. I was just annoyed whenever I saw “Breaking News” when it didn’t follow up with something entertaining since we’ve been blueball’d about this for a few days now. I came from the Internet Famous board so it usually doesn’t take this long to see some tard cum but it’s understandable and hopefully worth the wait.

I'm posting this on this thread rather than the stream thread for...reasons.

Monica said the investigation was private.
She's mad that someone's leaking the info on the investigation to Nick (who is at liberty to mention them).
Yet, Monica told her story to the whole world for them to see on Twitter.

Two things.

Either Monica is lying about it being private.

Or Monica wasn't interviewed in the investigation.

Food for thought, perhaps?

I think the only way they could is if Tarrant doesn't have jurisdiction, and I think Ty is way too competent to file something in a court that didn't have jurisdiction.

You need two things to bring a case in a Texas county court: jurisdiction and venue. Jurisdiction exists in any county in Texas for this case, and venue exists wherever one of the defendants is or where the bulk of the relevant events occurred and where the evidence is. Both exist for Tarrant.

Parties can move for a change of venue to another county where venue would be proper, but when the case was properly brought in a court that has both jurisdiction and venue, they have to show that it would somehow be unfair to hear the case in the court chosen by the plaintiff. To a great extent, this means plaintiff has the choice of any proper venue and this is usually upheld.

I see no reason the case should be moved but they could try shenanigans like that, I suppose, either as an opener or after the pitiable failure of their SLAPP motion

I'm sorry wait. Someone else got fired from Funimation and Sean called vic a pedophile?
I forgot the whole story but Sean made some comment about Vic diddling little boys (in an allusion to the Catholic priest cases).

In more recent news Iago told a third party that Vic was a pedophile.

It was that stupid "Kip Mangina" video he did with Sonny Strait. Strait claims that Vic understood it was a joke (I am now doubting this).

No worries. I don't hold grudges.

I'm just a humble Kiwi, mining, collating, and archiving information people say they want.

Nick's comments suggest that the jelly bean story was told to the investigation by Monica. He described it as embarrassing that the worst she could come up with was an 8 year old story.

Just as important, when talking about story number two (the kiss story) Nick said that he thought it was someone other than the "victim" who recounted that story to the investigation - something he didn't say about the jelly bean story.

Monica, along with other kickvic idiots, misunderstands what "private" means. It does not mean "can never be disclosed" and you'd definitely expect that an investigation which led to someone being fired would be subjected to scrutiny.
