As funny as it would be to hear a member of the police tell him to stop being so exceptional, I don't think he went to the police at all. What, the police told him to delete all social media "except your gaming channel man, that's good shit"? Also, if we was going to the police over online "bullying", that would be treated as a case, so why would the officer in question comment on his hobbies. It'd be like a policeman telling you to stop having a drink on the weekends, it's irrelevant to the matter at hand, and if I was the officer I personally wouldn't give a shit about peoples hobbies because I'd have a job to be doing. One thing I'm assuming and don't actually know the answer to, is if Graeme was bringing forward a case of online harassment, would the officer not have a look at what Graeme is up to online? You can't really go on someones word alone these days, surely you'd need some evidence? But again, I don't know the law. What I'm slowly getting to is I think this is another cry for attention. Surely people have told him time and again to delete his accounts but he only does it now because the police told him? I live in Ireland myself and the police here are lazy, but they're not as stupid as this story makes them sound.
