The press has basically made it possible to further weaponize his channel, and if he can tone down the rhetoric in his responses, he can flip the spin back on the media while exposing them at the same time.

The danger is, de- platforming him to silence him, of course, which will call into question "Freedom of Speech" and make the current "Fascism" play its hand.

His channel won't do shit. For all his bluster about how he has a bigger reach it won't translate into political power.

Press on the other hand still has a sense of legitimacy where it matters and is very powerful. Very few can play the press and Carl sure as fuck isn't one of them.

Can we do a crowdfunding to fly mr patty mcfurniture over to teach the stepfather how to do up a tie?

Man if only there was someone in the crowd to ask if he considers himself a smear merchant based on the "hello Jim" stream,
I don't know if our reality could sustain a blow like that. A member of the English press asking parliamentary candidate Carl Benjamin about his exchanges with James O'Shaughnessy would surely cause Sargon to blow a gasket because it would be proof positive that he will never escape the shadow of Jim.

Sure. Technically they could spin this back at the muckrakers, but I think you're missing two key facts:
  1. This is Carl, the man who responds to someone else's chat busting his balls with a white nibbas rant, and the people who knew all about the fat stupid things he can't stop saying and still selected him
  2. People already expect the UK press to rake some muck. Trying to spin this back at them is a bit like triumphantly announcing that water is wet to win an argument

Well he isn't wrong, but they won't need to smear him to make him look bad the rate he is going.

Like, you don't have to make things easy for them.
This is the best part of this whole thing, the greatest criticism against the press is that they lie, except with Carl they don't even need to lie all they have to do is just present a collection of what he said over the years with its full context and it's career-ending as is.
He managed to be such a gigantic fuck up that he can't even honestly claim the media is lying because that's literally just what he said and defended multiple times.

Better watch yourself, Jim. Carl is going to send the european army after you once he becomes prime minister.
Man, brits really do hate the irish. Can't even let them farm potato's on youtube in peace.

Some tasks are too complex to abbreviate and Sargon's twelve hour gamergate streams are part of that. They couldn't possibly present the lore with its full context.

  1. He needs to learn to tone down the rhetoric and he will own them. He reacts as expected. Would be good for him to do some practicing with Batten before these shit shows.
  2. Doesn't matter. They will only be proving him correct. And others will be watching.
Trump won due to the silent majority.

That tie. Terrible. Either wear it correctly or don't wear one at all.

You're forgetting the legion of disenfranchised Berniebros who didn't want Clinton to win. Unless a bunch of anti-Brexitors get betrayed by the EU, Sargoy's political career is looking pretty bleak. Hilarious, but bleak.

Nah

  1. He needs to distance himself from his greatest hits, but is too inexplicably proud of them to let it go. Why should Carl's short list of unrapeables, Eliot rodger or white nibbas ever get discussed in the context of "the UK shouldn't be part of the eu" ? The fact that Batten selected a candidate who it is nearly impossible to not bring these and more up around reinforces either his stunning incompetence or profound desperation
  2. Nobody's going to make Carl look right until he can get his temper under control, and what are the chances of that from a man who started a months long vendetta over a joke about his suit?
Trump's "majority" wasn't silent. The US press actively ignores them. Carl is not the golden Don; he doesn't have literal decades of media goodwill behind him he can burn on his path to the top
