Slightly off topic but why do all those faggors have weeb avatars, my fucking eyes.

Actually on topic: Wat? Why would Vic need to prove Ron worked for Funimation? He just needs to show that Ron has nothing to do with Funimation and thus shouldn't be privy to the "confidential company info" that he clearly knows about. Because his fat ugly whore of a fiance also has a fat ugly mouth.

This is the Weeb Wars, after all.

Checking on Kanzenshuu:

"So yeah as proven by Cosby trying to sue your accusers does not mean you aren’t guilty. "

They're still going on with this.
If you go to the next page they state he's a public figure, I think they got that from the covington case tbh. In order to not be a public figure you would have to prove conspiracy.
This court case would have a conspiracy on the grounds of attempting to fire an innocent man; can be proven due to all the allegations from the mob mentality.
This means he's no longer a 'public' figure.

Thats not how being a public figure works at all, stop.

Nah. You pretty much have a right to be assumed innocent until proven guilty pretty much everywhere. It is a basic human right after all. Not saying it doesn't happen, but that's more due to people trying to step on your rights or some bullshit exceptions that happen even in America (false rape allegations anyone?). In theory, they aren't supposed to step on your rights.

However, I don't think this is a criminal case, but a civil one. Meaning the plaintiff has to prove his claims. That is, Vic has to prove they damaged his career for him to get the money and everything he is asking for. This isn't about "proving Vic's innocence", but proving that, Monica and the others damaged his career through defamation. So it's up to Vic to prove his claims and convince the judge they did it (and they did).

Enjoy the show. This is going to be fun.
For this instance, that's not the case. When they filed, they already proved well enough that Vic is 'innocent' thus the proving he isn't become on the defendants side.
If they didn't have a potential case and get's to court (some how) it wouldn't lead to anything resulting in a false trial and you'd be charged.

..what..what is this fucking autistic retarded shit I'm reading? Oh my God...I'm actually losing braincells after reading that.
This is the Weeb Wars, after all.
I hate retarded weeb whamans that try so goddamn hard to be cute over the fucking internet. No one gives a flying fuck that you're an uggo weeb sjw piece of shit bitch.

I dunno people who use weeb avatars are probably some sort of fag
There's good fags and bad fags. Everyone in PULL is a bad fag.

Gotcha. There arent many dub houses left, true, but they arent too hard to establish if Funi were to tank. Especially considering the talent available in front of the mic and behind the desks. It's like when ADV went under/lateral/WTF ever that deal was. And they were far more 'iconic' to the American anime industry then than Funi as it exists today. Replacements sprung up pretty quick. Funi being a big benificiary of ADV's demise. Before that, they had a handful of titles.
good point, you're right about the ADV. it's just amazing how they desperately want validation and if they were just competent and decent, they might actually have some genuine fans like vic. vic has thousands of people behind him just because he's nice and did his job well, because his job revolves around something that people get attached to, shows. these retards are in a position where just doing your job right could make people fans of YOU, not just your character, because you helped add to an experience they were attached to.
and they still fuck it up?
and that's without going the extra mile vic goes for his fans because he genuinely cares about them.

I remember during the Amazons stream, Ty asked them if they were willing to take it on. And they asked Vic if any of it is true, what was probably the worst thing he has done from his own mouth before they would. And he told them, and all three of them decided they would work the case. These aren't lawyers just looking for 100k, because 100k is easy as fuck to get as a lawyer, no, they believe their client as well.

Well, not exactly. "Innocence vs guilt" is for criminal trials. This isn't one. This is about whether or not Vic can prove his claims so he can get money and other reparations, and we all know he can.

All I'm saying is that this lawsuit isn't about a jury of your peers and a verdict that could send someone to jail. That's another kind of trial.

I know, those guys are stupid.
I bet their thinking he's a public figure because 'he's in the public and is looked up to by many' and thus applied the covingten case where WSJ ( think) brought it up as a way to prevent the 200million lawsuit on them.
Guess they forgot that proving conspiracy removed the public figure as a 'liable' out.

You mean 'malice', you have to prove malice in the case of a public figure

Please stop talking about legal matters if you can't even google.

Yeah even for anime dubs Funi was some pretty cheap bottom of the barrel shit a lot of times. The fact the pissed through fourty-seven of everybody for all the Dragonballs should indicate how replaceable Funi is.

You know I sometimes think "wow we really live in a clown world" but then I hear shit like how making a single dumb sex joke while eating a jellybean and a man stopping his advances after a woman tells him no apparently constitutes as sexual assualt/harassment and then I realize that no, it's actually worse.
In short:
Fuck Monica Rial, she's spitting in the faces of actual victims who have survived actual, traumatizing assaults and I hope Vic sues her for all she's fucking worth.

Still follows the same mantra of all courts 'guilty or not guilty' and 'innocent vs not innocent' so using them doesn't do anything wrong.
