Nick is the true mastermind behind all this.

And i agree with you. Sjws fucking are slowly pitting humans against each other. How much longer before society as a whole gets weary of everyone. Who is to say your friends or co-workers won't turn against you when you see situations like Vic ?

They have some examples in reality, though. Doing the right thing wasn't just morally satisfying for Kamehacon. They also made a lot of money.

Then they should SHUT THE FUCK UP about it and listen to people who do. This Beth Elderkin cunt is supposedly a "journalist" writing "news" about the issue.

Beth Elderkin - IQ, due probably to an XX-genotype birth defect, not high enough for STEM:

I wouldn't deign to wipe my ass with any of her credentials, nor those of just about any journalist.

Yeah, funny that. And much the same way, every time someplace virtue signals against Chik-fil-e It just increases demand and sales.

Those are olympic level mental gimnastics.
Gotta love how he outright calls Nick a villain, like he has a mental picture of Nick sitting on a shady chair petting a cat while laughing evilly.

We can probably arrange for Ty Beard to pose like that.

Quick Summary:

View attachment 731330

Longer Summary:

Funimation, Marchi, Rial, Soye are being sued. Co-defendants, not sure if each will need their own lawyer or if they can double up on Funimation's. I believe the former.

Lawsuit is for at least 1 million dollars. Likely significantly more.

Soye didn't remove the tweets upon request, so the damages are tripled.

Soye has made specific claims of fact -- "100+ women," "6 friends of mine, " etc etc. He has to provide details and evidence of every single one of these supposed incidents, including their full dox. If he can't, it's defamation and they lose. (They've already admitted they can't.)

Soye, his fiancee, and Marchi were all saying that the insider info that Soye was repeating was confidential. All 3 of them gave the impression Soye was a Funimation employee. Because Funimation never publicly corrected this, Soye counts as a Funimation employee, and Funimation is liable for every single thing Soye said.

Due to some oddity in law, since they're all co-defendants they all owe all of the money and each owe all the money. What this means is Vic will get his judgement from whomever can immediately pay (Funimation / Sony), and then Funimation / Sony will have to sue the other three idiots for their share. That is to say, Ty just gave Funimation a significant incentive to settle and turn on the other three. Thus, the idea that Funimation or Sony will be helping the Three Stooges with representation is laughable.

Nick has a mole in their little clique. It's implied someone's been feeding Nick information, and when they find out they will feel almost as betrayed as Vic has felt.

There were hints that they were intentionally doing this because they felt that Vic might be suicidal and this would cause him to kill himself.

Apparently there's evidence that one of them was openly praying for an underage rape victim to appear. In writing.

Apparently there's evidence that one of them admitted in private that they didn't actually have any evidence that Vic did anything wrong.

Sony performed the investigation on Vic. They cited 3 incidents. One was him eating a Jellybean. Another was a hoax about how they totally heard he slept with fans at a con once. Another was a consensual kiss between him and a coworker. All three were stupid HR Bullshit but Sony still fired him for it -- I called this 100~ pages back. Basically, HR is likely staffed by Dangerhairs who will support other Dangerhairs, and HR is going to take the stance that it's easier to fire Vic and risk him suing them for wrongful termination (unlikely) than not fire Vic and have Dangerhairs sue for hostile work environment. (Near guarantee.)

Someone was telling cons about the investigation before the investigation happened.

Someone was telling cons about the investigation during the investigation.

Someone was implying that Vic would be arrested for raping a child to the cons during the investigation.

Someone was telling cons about the investigation right after it happened.

It was implied heavily that KC and other con owners came forward with evidence that the clique was trying to blackmail them over Vic. KC apparently immediately after the con ended.

The HR lady from Sony fired Vic and then 2 weeks later Funimation did a public virtue signal post, or as the Texas Narrator says it, "It was at this point that our good ol' boys at Funimation dun fucked up."

Ty has ANOTHER SJW vs geeky hobby company in Texas set up, this one heavily implied to be GRUPS et all being targeted by some Dangerhair Troon with a Nazi Haircut. It is also mentioning the broken staircase terminology that was being used to organize the industry blacklist / SJW "hit list" for anime -- i.e., we might be seeing a new form of SJW organization wherein they publicly organize enemies lists to destroy. Because there's never been any pushback about this sort of thing before.
Wow, thanks for all that juicy info. looks like my theory about Sony was all wrong then. I was under the impression that Sony weren't the ones who fired Vic and that it was in fact Funimation HR that did and that the Soy Squad was using Sony as a cover up.

Feels good to get the truth. :story:

Using google to look up law because you're not a lawyer and know nothing about law = instantly an expert
:story::story::story:

Edit: Wait..do they actually think that Sony is going to defend them? That's hilarious.

Ok, couple of inaccuracies in there which is fine as this thread is well over 1,000 pages.

Sony did not fire Vic. At all. They conducted an investigation because Funimation was not competent enough to do one which would pass legal muster. The "best" stories they had were those three complete piles of garbage multiple years after the fact. So Sony did nothing.

Not an "inconclusive" as I keep seeing people say for some bizarre reason. Outright "We found nothing that would require any actions whatsoever." EDIT: Realised this is largely due to ANN and i09 narrative messaging.

This is why Sony... did not do anything whatsoever and Vic seemingly continued onwards.

Cue Rial and whatever ameobal blobfish that passes for HR in Funimation that couldn't be trusted to do anything broke into the padlocked cabinet where the crayons were and proceeded to doodle on a sheet of paper "Fire Vic Miga Mignaga Migy Guy who played Broly."

And the other ameobal blobfish that pass for Funimations managerial class all clapped and dunked a soy latte in celebration before fucking off to eat the new pallet of paste they got in.

Shockingly this isn't going to pass legal muster, and is why they're likely to get sued to fuck and back and hand Vic a nice big burlap sack with a dollar sign on it. Before maybe even having to hand another Burlap Sack to Amazon Prime as recompense for them having to deal with such a fucking stupid lawsuit.

The other inaccuracy is the "allegedly" bullshit with Marchi. She actually said all that bullshit, including insulting comments, and the fact she actively hoped Vic had done what they claimed and that said child would ride nobly into the fucking jaws of death to face off against a barrage of lawyers in deposition.

Before being made to take the stand against 12 strangers and a court room full of more strangers, the scary lawyers that had talked to her for hours beforehand, another slightly friendlier set of lawyers that also talked to her for hours on end.

All so she could feel good about herself and feel "good" about flapping her fucking mouth and lying like a fucking bitch.

These people aren't humans, they're monsters in skinsuits and I hope to god they enjoy poverty.

Yes having people support you and convince you to not take it lying down and fucking fight back against having your entire livelihood and legacy ruined sure is evil.

It's almost as evil as making up stories to destroy someone with the final goal of inciting suicide.

Also it should be noted that Vic was not fired. Vic was an independent contractor. Sony merely agreed to not pick up Vic for further projects, which is legally totally different from termination.

He was fired, though. He had an active contract to work on Morose Mononokean which he got replaced in. I doubt Funimation had him record the rest of the show.

The more examples the better. Specially examples that are actually from party's that have a big following.

And that's the catch 22. Because of the evil that SJW spreads, people/businesses won't morally/ethically/economically/publicly give/stand by/announce et all examples, as the payback is near instantaneous and overwhelming. The case of Antarctic Press in the Meyer v. Waid lawsuit is an outstanding example.

If Zak hadn't had them deposed, the world would still believe they simply pulled a racist comic by a white supremacist author. When the truth was made known, people now know that they were brigaded by Waid's "hordes of hell" in an organized attack to force a company into radical leftist compliance after much coercion and the owner's emotional breakdown.

MANY companies that have not yet...YET... been attacked understand what happens when they speak out. So most will not unless forced by a court/legal action, to even stand up for themselves in public. And it sucks because when I grew up, grown men/women/the companies they formed, were not intimidated and cowed by teenagers used as shock troops by politically motivated groups/actors. But it's a different era with weaker people who just 'keep their head down.'

Is there a way to reverse the tide? Yes. But we collectively have to stop committing category error and identify/act on the correct problem. And since SJWs didn't develop the level of power they have overnight, there will be no quick remedy to dismantling it. It's gonna take one company at a time, one lawsuit at a time, one everything at a time in the exact opposite direction of the aforementioned tide.

"Who cares about ruined reputations and livelihoods? What's important is the Community™ hEaLiNg!"
Except personal/community healing doesn't involve destroying someone's livelihood and attempting to murder someone by having them commit suicide due to the severe emotional trauma you inflict on them. At least not in reality. I forget a lot of times that these speds live in their own little lala wonderland where their truth is the absolute truth.

Edit: I just have to say that personal/community healing bit really irks the fuck outta me. As an actual victim of sexual assault, I had to do a lot of personal healing on my own to get over what happened and even then I still have nightmares about it sometimes. What I don't do though is go on twitter to make my pain publicly known for all to see because frankly it's no one's fucking business unless I want it to be someone's business and I don't weaponize my trauma to attack innocent people or even go after my rapist. I don't go after his livelihood, I don't try to turn the world against him because all I care about is getting better and being HAPPY. Seeing all this retarded shit unfold with all of these wannabe whamans pretending to be victims just...fuck man. Pisses me the fuck off.

Variety posted an article about the lawsuit written by Liz Lanier. According to her Twitter she's a freelance games journo (no, really).

Vic Mignogna, known for voicing Broly in the “Dragon Ball” series of games, films, and tv shows, filed a lawsuit claiming defamation and other charges against Funimation and other voice actors on Thursday, according to public court documents.

Fellow Funimation voice actors Monica Rial and Jamie Marchi, along with Rial’s fiance Ronald Toye, are also named in the suit. Mignogna’s suit stated that he is suing for interference in other work contracts and that the charges made against him accusing him of sexual harassment are false, and affected his career due to not only Funimation’s decision to no longer work with him, but conventions also canceled his appearances. Mignogna and his lawyer, Ty Beard of Beard Harris Bullock Hughes, are seeking “monetary relief over $1,000,000.00” in addition to other relief to which Mignogna “may be justly or equitably entitled.”

In January, accusations of sexual harassment and homophobia surfaced against Mignogna. Funimation ended its relationship with the voice actor a month later. A popular anime convention attendee, he was accused of sexual harassment by fans, in the form of hugging and kissing without consent. Some of the con attendees who said this happened were underage, and allegations go back as far as 2008. Some voice actors have also spoken out against Mignogna publicly. Marchi detailed her own encounter with Mignogna, and Rial stated that she was also sexually harassed by Mignogna.

Twitter posts by Rial, Marchi, and Toye may now be used as evidence for the lawsuit, with the lawsuit saying that the exposure the actors and Toye (noted as a “either a Funimation agent or employee” in the court documents) provided to accusations against Mignogna via tweeting and retweeting caused the matter to “go viral.” “One or more” of the defendants then “actively” defamed Mignogna to conventions, according to the court document.

Mignogna, perhaps best known for voicing Ed in “Fullmetal Alchemist,” developed a large fan following as a result of his voice work in numerous anime shows, films, and video games. He denied the allegations on his Twitter in a statement in January, calling the accusations “heartbreaking.”

“I would also like to sincerely apologize to anyone who ever felt my interaction with them (a hug or a kiss on the cheek or forehead) was crossing a line,” he wrote. “Never in a million years would it be my intent to make anyone feel uncomfortable.”

Funimation did not respond to Variety’s request for comment. The official court document for Victor Mignogna v Funimation is available below.

It should be noted I archived this article about an hour ago while still at work. http://archive.is/7yyw3

Got home and they had finally started adding "citations" and twitter quotes to the article. Just look at the differences in just an hour. http://archive.is/bZs5n

Not sure what good they will do since one of the hyperlinks for example is to ANN.

Since Sony did the firing that implicates them right?
Pinguintruth has always been a stupid faggot. I don't even think people on the ANN forums even like him.

He also hates really hates Spike Spencer for some reason (not archiving, because he's a dumb faggot nobody cares about).

On one of Nicks streams someone said Spike was a conservative and coukd be a possible target in the future.
