Why to they do this? This is the third or fourth time seeing this and these are the only visible tranny "clitorises" I've ever noticed. I've always heard that they're supposed to manipulate it into a bud that at least somewhat resembled the real thing but every time I'm just seeing them taking a slice off the top of the glans and pasting it back on like arts-n-crafts. Whats the deal?

Probably the safest option in terms of preserving sensation. When the surgeon went back to improve the aesthetics the whole thing rotted off (:_(

Bowers wasn't the original surgeon - the infamous Rumer was. This guy went to him to fix the failures of the first surgery. But Bowers also fucked up and now he has the last piece of his glans sticking out.

He specified that he's talking about the troon community and irl support groups he goes to with them. He's not pretending actual women are into him, just trannies who are also tranny chasers. But what I don't get is how come he didn't notice the thirst and tranny chasing and grooming behavior before transitioning if he was already part of that community.

Obviously filters. His skin looks way to smooth etc. Also he has his eyes wide open to pretend they are bigger than they actually are. But that makes him look like a maniac.

Mental illness doesn't care how beautiful you are. There was a male model I followed on instagram who was really beautiful but he trooned out and now quit everything and looks so much worse.

He's probably HSTS. A lot of them start off as cute twinks and have a much much better luck passing compared to AGPs.

It's not the glans, it's a piece of urethral tissue. In the third consult (in the link) the doctor proposes making it into a neo-clitoral "hood" and to rebuild the neoclit itself out of a big toe. The toe-turned-neoclit supposed to be connected to what's left of the nerves in the glans.
