Probably. That was pretty good confirmation that Todd is on Vic's side not only for necessity. The kickvic VAs hate Nick more than they hate Vic, so for him to willingly do a cutesy opening for Nick's show says a lot about where he stands on all of this.

Thinking about Todd the other day, it occurred to be that the only real "shit talking" he did about Vic was in leaked private DMs to somebody who is definitely KickVic (and it wasn't really all that damning). I don't think he's said a damn thing publicly, unlike the cretins.

Remember that a lot of these VAs are walking on eggshells. Nick revealed that he has allies on the inside that have to keep mum or pretend.

There's a point where a trial lawyer's zeal can get to the point where they harm their client. See, for example, Landau.

But Landau's failure wasn't that he wasn't "nice."

These people fundamentally don't understand what real professional lawyer ethics actually are. They think it's something like Twitter's TOS. It is not. The real world is not a hugbox.
