from what i can gather (using google) 4210 in cops code is "end duty" not really anything to do with a crazy shopper but if someone knows something i dont feel free to jump in

My vote? Sales tax in that part of the country is 5.3%. Stores normally sell things at predictable prices. A video game could cost $39.99. With sales tax that would be $42.10.

So, either a sales clerk is informing a customer what they owe or it's CODE.

Why DID he mace that employee anyway? It doesn't look like he was coming at Chris at all. Chris was leaving, and he just. . .randomly pepper sprays him. I"m just trying to figure out the reasoning behind it. Yeah, I know considering this is Chris we're talking about that's a futile effort, but I can't help but wonder.
Since Chris is transforming into an SJW, in his mind he had to mace that man because the man was advancing on him with his predatory male aggression, muttering, "Come on, baby, you're too tense." Chris had no choice but to mace the man in order to avoid literally almost being figuratively raped.

Call me impatient, but I kind of wish I could fast-forward a few years just to see how Chris's warped paranoia has distorted his account of this event similarly to how it has altered the Game Place incident. :)

I've returned from the future. Here is a True and Honest picture of Chris giving his defense on the stand. View attachment 11723

No fair! I was going to say that!

The way he said "don't call anyone" sounded kind of like Divine. The main difference is that Divine was well put together and was kind of a badass. Now I'm going to watch Pink Flamingos again.

Any legal experts know what an assault charge or a criminal trespassing charge while you're on probation carries as a minimum?

Well, the violation of Probation will mean the sentence for the hit & run will be imposed, PLUS whatever sentence the new charges will dish out. Both sentences may be allowed to run at the same time.

But then, Chris could also avoid jail due to insanity and get sent off to the funny farm. If that happens, they can hold onto him as long as they like, so Chris might actually be better off just going to prison.

According to the statute, assault is a class 1 misdemeanor that is punishable by up to one year in prison and a possible $2,500 fine. The assailant may also be responsible for any subsequent medical fees incurred by the victim.

Often assault and battery are confused because they are interlaced. Keep in mind that assault is the act of creating apprehension of an imminent harmful or offensive contact with a person, coupled with an apparent, present ability to cause the harm. Battery is the actual physical contact.

off the top of my head Assault with a weapon (may causing bodily harm depening on how bad the pepper spray was in both case also a regular assault charge) possession of a weapon for reason contray to Public Order, possession of a Consesed weapon, Breach of Probaion, Mischief, if he yell theath to get it taken down extortion, common Nuisance .

If I was doing it I would likely charge Assault with a weapon(with assualt as a lesser included) , carrying a weapon and breach of Probation, Go by indictment on all(I talking as a Canadain here Indictment is equal to a fellony process in US or Soleum process in UK) likely have a position on the order of 6 months- a year in Jail depending on how bad off the pepper spray victim is. I would likely not take a plea that would see Chris do no Jail time

He said "Can't we just let bygones be bygones?" I'm 100% sold on the legitimacy of this statement. Didn't he say that Snyder?
It's such a dumb, formulaic thing to say that it must be accurate reporting by the Tumblr person. If only it had been captured on video as well!

I am just watching that clip over and over like it was the Zapruder film.

As @Tubular Monkey points out, Chris has priors. If he's charged (which is still a pretty big if) and convicted (a slam dunk with this video) it means he will be sentenced much more harshly this time around. Moreover he's clearly violating his probation, which could trigger penalties from his prior conviction such as reversing his conviction reduction back up to a felony. Even worse for Chris, if an assault charge sticks for this incident, even if by some miracle of justice Chris once again manages to get off with probation, well that's two on his record.

And unless I'm mistaken, Virginia is a "Three Strikes" state.

Chris REALLY needs to behave himself going forward.

Anyone have any clue who the woman monozettai mentions being with Chris is? Could it be Borb?

Chris actually said "But, can't we just forgive and forget?" But yeah, its tots a cwcism.

im learning more toward sales clerk informing a customer what they owe
if it is a code it must only be used in that regions or that chain of malls

I think everyone is over-analyzing an irrelevant detail. Somebody bought something. The bottom line total was $42.10. It happens. There is no secret masonic code signals to the SWAT team. Something just cost $42 and change. Nothing more to see here. Move along.

A store employee. Monozettai is using the singular "they" for Chris, not knowing any better than anyone else what Chris's preferred pronoun might be. So "a woman was telling Chris that Chris was banned from the store" is what that sentence means.

Chris saying "Let bygones be bygones" while vandalizing a display is mind-boggling.

If Chris is in jail, we know that Barb ain't going to have the money or even the credit rating to scare up bail money. And with one more Holiday coming up soon to eat up late Wed. all the way past the weekend, there may not be enough time left of 2014 for a hearing to have charges read. Chris may be stuck in jail at least until Jan. 2nd to play his Genie with a Light Brown Hair schtick for the males he's locked up with.

What I want to know is why Chris (allegedly) brought pepper spray to Gamestop. I really don't think anybody is going to assault him, nor will any JERKS try to rape him. If it was for those JERKOPS then he'd have a lot more to worry about than just a ban.

I would love to see the emails floating around GameStop corporate right about now . . .
about 9000 JULAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY's
another 100 A-Logs telling them to push for the death penalty
100 SJWs reminding them not to misgender Chris
50-75 emails linking to the CWCki

Fuck it... The CEO is going to have one hell of a day at the office when they get back from vacation... Everything Chris touches turns into an epic ween extraviganza... He is like the King Midas of Lolcows...

Interestly Virgina does not appear to have an category of assault with a weapon

How every unlawful and malicious use of peppers pray is a class 3 felony 5-20 years
with the lesser change of unlawful deportment 1-5 years .

so It much more serious that Chris used his pepper spray and is in fact clear and sigifcant jail time if he did
