Basically, no. Rob Bell got them a huge break by getting them probation on the Game Place charges, Snyder gave them an even bigger one by not pressing personal assault charges. IF Chris is found in violation of his probation it is based on the charges from the court proceedings from the 10/28/11 case. They were criminal charges plead down to probation. That is jail time, regular jail, not play jail, not crazy hospital, not I has Atsimu and your rules don't apply, they also don't care if you're a transgendered lesbian soul, you go straight to jail for the time remaining on your probation deal and the while he MIGHT get sent to the infirmary or the psychiatric unit because he is clearly riding the crazy train -- IF they have one -- they don't give you a private room there.

Guys, as someone else has already pointed out about 6 pages ago, Chris' probation was only for one year, and that was stated in 2011. He's not violating probation. He wouldn't be THAT fucking stupid, anyway. I'm sure he thought this out beforehand.

Here's a thing: from the report it was said that this is not the first time Chris has been in that store to fuck with the Sonic Boom display. Also from the report the person taking the video doesn't live in the state, and just happened randomly to be in the store at the time of the incident. What are the odds that the one time Chris chimps out at store security there happens to be someone from out of state on hand who not only can identify him from his internet infamy but also has a camera phone waiting and the prescience to use it? Either this was all extremely unlikely to the point of incredulity, or Chris does this kind of stupid shit all the damn time, and there just happened to be someone to document it for us this one time.

I strongly suspect Chris does a lot of stupid stuff like this that we never hear about.

Of course he does. We've already seen situations where he says that as an autistic in a bad mood, he should be able to get away with anything. Vandalizing signs is nothing new for him, so it's a repeat of the Walmart situation except with the added can of pepper spray. Also, if he does go to court and his priors are brought up, I imaging him bitching about how Mike stole money from him and his mother. I would love to be there while a Judge lays into him what that past conviction means and whatnot.

For the people questioning if Chris is insane and might end up being able to plead to insanity, I just want to chime in with my opinion. I don't think Chris is insane, but I think he is mentally deficient. I don't think jail would be appropriate for him, but I think he should be in a group home with a handler. He's basically a spoiled child with no one to hold the reigns on him, in my opinion. Barb doesn't, and even if she could, I doubt she would bother exerting any extra effort on him to keep him under control, especially since according to some, she used to just drop him off in toy stores to let the staff babysit him while she went about her business.

I think you're absolutely correct. As thorough as the CWCki is, it's far from exhaustive. I'm sure there are people sitting on stuff that would be hilarious, but there's also a lot more we don't know about, and likely never will. To most locals, he's a curiosity at best, a nuisance or embarrassment at most other times. I doubt everyone knows he has a modicum of internet fame (or infamy rather) and many others just don't care enough to upload his antics. Even if they did, what are the odds we'd ever know to look for it? I'm still amazed people found the Crazy Pacer story!

To my knowledge, there are three or four Game Stop locations in the Charlottesville area: one in Hollymead (close to Target), one in Fashion Square, and one at Barracks Road near Ruby Tuesdays. This looks like the Fashion Square store.

That's pretty true. I mean it's not like every stupid thing he does is documented by people who witness it. One can only wonder what other stunts he's pulled off while nobody was filming or talked about it afterwards online. I mean think of all the people he crosses paths with on days like this when he decides to leave the hoard-cave. The female clerks that have to deal with him in stores either for clothes and makeup. The employees at other businesses who have to deal with him making the customers uncomfortable. The security guards who have had to deal with him repeatedly reminding him that he's not welcome on the premises.

You would have a lifetime of new Chris Chan stories.
