Whelp.
This could be potentially extremely bad for Chris, but it relies on the Gamestop employees pushing it, and corporate pushing it. They have reasons for doing so or not doing so; the future is uncertain. There could be no consequences for Chris, or he could do up to a year in prison, maybe more depending on what charges they stick. In all likelihood, he will escape significant punishment as he has in the past, probably due to apathy on behalf of the Gamestop staff.
So. Okay. Here's what we know so far, updated with the latest information.
- The original poster, along with the staff, believe the mysterious fluid to be pepper spray. It doesn't really matter at this point if it is or it isn't; if they believe it is, that's important.
- Chris is not on probation so isn't violating his probation. It expired after one year. Chris mentioned being on probation to Colin, but Chris is retarded and doesn't know anything.
- If the OP's account is to be believed, the staff were well aware of his identity and he had, in all likelihood, visited before.
- Chris is probably banned from Gamestop nation wide, on penalty of misdemenour trespassing.
- Chris has not been imprisoned.
- It is uncertain if charges have been laid or not.
- In the event of charges, it is unclear who will defend him.
