The odd thing is the MSM pieces seem somewhat neutral so far. And any publications that have comments, such as Variety are seeing overwhelming support for Vic. Remember this is on the heels of Kavenaugh, Johnny Depp, Neal deGrasse Tyson, etc.

I think it's the fact that anyone with half a functioning brain can read the suit and see that the case is (at least in my opinion) practically open and shut just in the initial pleading that being anything less than neutral would be "Shane is the dumbest person in any room he enters" stupid unless they want to be ridiculed as much as @Shane_Yes_That_One .

I also heard Vic tried to end his life from the Livestreams of some YouTubers which sounds fucked up if that was their plan from the get-go.

Vic has said “He had no idea what he would have done without you guys.” That can mean a number of things, but one of them would be most certainly suicide, since anyone with a brain knows that the “he needs help” mantra is such bullshit. “Help” isn’t going to get some of his potential jobs back unless the Beard has a magic wand that could do so.

Viz, Sentai, and Aniplex have kept their mouths shut from this whole debacle. All three are just doing business as usual. Viz does have extra protection since they are owned by Shueisha and have the license for the Dragon Ball manga. If on the odd chance that Funimation goes tits up, either Viz or Aniplex would get the anime.

They’re the smarter ones in all of this.

It absolutely is. One of the reasons is that the non-sjw side of the world is learning how to fight back. And it involves getting down in the dirt just enough to throw them off their game. The mistake most people made in the past was trying to argue facts against agenda filled fanatics. That never works and the SJWs just rode over people by spouting more bullshit - usually in groups.

Nah alot of the DBTubers in Geekdom's circle are the same. The ones who cancelled their con appearances are the ones who are just as sensitive about the topic. Terez is the worst though. Also (from the looks of it) she's close friends with Dominique Skye so it's possible she just wants attention just like Skye. She has an overinflated ego and sense of importance just because she's one of the main active mods on r/dbz and one of the three good/reliable translators for the community

From what Nick said/insinuated Vic was very likely to commit suicide. It had something to do with the accusations being especially degrading and damaging to him for some reason (maybe his faith ? Idk)
