I looked up the demon/persona that shares Vic's full name, and it's kinda interesting:

Basically, Victor is supposed to be the guardian angel of those whom are supposed to be leaders and impart upon them the Will of God.

Given Vic has a leading role in a work of media and has been attacked by those who wanted him removed, from that leading role and others, it's an interesting coincidence.

he's really trying to push the "they have proof" aspect of it despite no evidence to them having proof whatsoever. Like he's making the assumption that Vic isn't suing them because RT has evidence and not backing that huge ass claim up other than "he isnt suing them, so he must be scared of them"
