The judge who sets the bail amount is gonna see he is a repeat offender so I would be shocked if he gets released on his own recognizance. I have no idea how much it may be but his mother may not be able to raise the percentage (10%?) required for a bail bonds and I doubt they can afford another attorney so a public defender will have to represent him and possibly be able to bargain for a lower bail amount. Given his obvious deficiencies I don't think he would be put in gen pop, instead a segregated unit and despite the joke's and stories that float around jail rape is pretty rare. I personally hope he doesn't actually have to spend too much longer in jail because that would not help him and he would be even worse when he got out therefore not really helping the public. He needs an intense phycological intervention (which I was under the impression they forced him to get but that might have just been for an evaluation) perhaps even be committed because if its anything the incident further proves is Barb is and always has been incapable/unwilling to be a proper caretaker as she would just tell him he is a victim and they're the bad guys.

I don't think it's any coincidence that things have gotten as bad as they have after Bob died. He wasn't a perfect man but I think he was probably the only thing that sort of held things together. I know it is bad to say this but it should have been Barb not Bob. I do think he tried to be a good parent while she would contradict him at every turn because it's her way or the highway, even if it leads to ruin.

Nothing serious will happen to Chris. Nothing life-changing. Maybe he'll go to jail, but it won't be for very long. He'll probably pay a fine, and it will be a lot of money for someone who doesn't have much. Ultimately, he'll just hate people more, hate the world more, and, above all, hate got-damned SEGA and the blue-armed impostor more.

The sad reality is, without a proper therapist, extreme psychological treatment, and, above all, effort on Chris' part to get better, he will only get worse.

The person that recorded their call to the jail confirming Chris is there asked about the employee and the guy said he was okay.

Chris is still on probation? The only time Chris has been on probation (as far as I know) was in the wake of the brutal attack on the Game Place by CWCVille forces. In July of 2012 he took a plea deal that included one year of probation, but that ended in 2013.

Unbelievable. Here we now have Chris sitting in jail with a prior conviction under his belt. I don't see much of a chance of him avoiding at least a short stint in the pokey, autist or not. No matter the outcome, we all know that this won't be the last time we hear from him.

I just really feel worst for that GS employee. Working there probably sucks enough bent duck as it is without a transvestite man-child spraying you with his TRUE AND HONEST pepper spray.
