Ho-lee shit. Got a text from a friend that CWC was in the slammer awaiting a hearing and I immediately got out my laptop to check the gossip (and I'm visiting family right now with the hubby for Christmas - New Year's, haha). I'm so pleased I was able to guess "something Sonic Boom related" as the cause of the incident. 
If Chris did not have a previous track record of restraining orders, probation orders, and felony offenses I'd say that maybe -- maybe -- he'd be able to get away with a slap on the wrist and play The Autism Card. However, since he's got a pretty rocky track record full of violations of this and that, and because macing someone without provocation is assault, it's my belief that he has finally fucked himself over for good. I cannot foresee a situation where he avoids jailtime for this. What you also have to realize is that by firing off mace in a room full of kids he also ran the risk of unintentionally macing children, and if the prosecution wanted to be a real hard-ass about things they could also spin it as some type of endangerment of minors.
Point is, Chris dun goofed bad this time.
Also, I'm going out and buying a copy of Sonic Boom today.

I wonder if Chris' death threats to Sega over Sonic's blue arms, and his other spiels, will tie into this. Any chance the authorities may look at his Facebook or other outlets?

I think it's pretty open and shut. Chris starts spouting off about how he was driven to vandalize because Sonic's arms pissed him off, people are going to know he's not right. No research required.

Facebook posts are admissible as evidence, and I'm certain those cries for his followers to commit violence against SEGA are going to prove that this assault was premeditated. I don't know if he will get jail time, he could probably weasel his way into getting some sort of house arrest because he's "caring" for his infirm elderly mother.

Yep a delusional man child spergs on Facebook, gets entered into evidence.... It could land him a custodial, I really want him to get a custodial he needs a real shock an soon.
Edit: Not aloging here, I just think he needs to face some reprocutions for his actions.

Chris was only on probation for a year, which would have expired in July 2013. Still, a judge is going to look at his history of pulling shit like this at local stores going all the way back to 2005 with Target, and I sincerely doubt that he's going to skate this time.

If the hearsay about the game is true, getting pepper sprayed by a smelly tranny will be a more fun experience than playing Sonic Boom.
