I agree with the decision to delete his page, however, I still think how Wikipedia operates is an absolutely corrupt joke.
Some guy says, "delete this". They put it up for a "vote", that barely anybody knows is happening. A mere three people say, "Yeah, delete this." And then a mod comes around and does it. All these people including the mod could be be friends in a clique for all we know, and that's considered acceptable.
During the days of Gaymergate the wikipedia editor who famously controlled the Gamergate article used all sorts of tactics. Famously using 14 sockpuppets at once can somehow revert edits/lock accounts or some bullshit. That guy, Ryulong got away with accepting money for controlling the narrative on Gamergate for ages until /r/kotakuinaction sperging eventually caused Jimbo Wales the founder of wikipedia his shit and ban the guy.
edit: Turns out the number is actually 26 accounts at once doing an edit. That is the intense level of autism we're dealing with here.
