No, they stretch out the outer labia with inserts that expand over time, since it's analogous tissue. They probably had to have the final silicone implants (which have to be replaced every so many years) removed to have their urethra re-rerouted.

So firstly, my name is Alice and I work at a gas station and we occasionally gave contractors come by to do maintenance.
I've socially transitioned and changed my name but generally wear gender-neutral to work because I normally work nights alone and it's safer.
As the competent person on the site I have to sign a bunch of forms for the contractors so I have to give them my name.
Now, I know I'm not great with annunciation but my god, trying to tell people my name always ends in me either angrily spelling it out for them or hissing out each syllable after they hear "Alex" or "Ellis" then they run out of possibilities and just look at me like I'm crazy.
Just wondering if any other trans folk experience this on the daily?

Those "signs of indirect gender dysphoria" could apply to most adults. Feeling disconnected from your emotions and unsure your life has any meaning? You're trans!

Maybe this explains the many middle aged transitioners. Most of them had wives who would have probably been happy if they just bought a ridiculous sports car.

Again, troons freaking out at an issue normal people face. You think Craigs aren't annoyed at being called Keiths and Ronalds are called Russells? Kristens and Kirstens get pretty bent out of shape too. Maybe, if you're an adult with the luxury of choosing a new name for yourself, you focus test it and see how many awful nicknames and mispronunciations you can get, and hammer away at it until you get one you'll like. But that would require friends. And not being dead-set on that tumblr choice from when you were 14.

It really is almost like a cult. I don't think its right to be trans but I keep that to myself unless someone really gets uppity about the topic.

Would we let a person with normal body dysmorphia cut off their arms? Or maybe their nose? No?
Then why are we letting(and normalizing)people basically do the exact same thing. The fact that people kill themselves after transitioning on a massive scale, already cause for concern
