I haven't talked about "prosperity" here. GDP is up because technology is up, population is up and women are working. When it comes to technology I don't see how it could be sustained for much longer since modern women see smart, responsible men as boring losers. Population in itself isn't enough. Women working gave governments more revenue with horrible consequences.

Literacy is a very basic measure enforced in very early stages of school. But most rapists are still literate. Literacy in the west will start declining as the most basic functions of society do.
