So long as there're no drug needles in said hoard, I'd say it's doable. Can you cuddle a hoard? Does a hoard give massages?
I don't understand why people get legit mad about Chris because they think he makes bronies/trannies/autistics look bad or because he "steals" taxpayer money with his tugboat. But it really does grind my gears when Chris targets innocent people simply because they have a loose association with something he finds offensive. He thinks the gamestop employees are bad people because they dare to sell something he doesn't approve of.
"Aggravated" assault, by definition, means assault that is provoked by the assaultee somehow. It's basically a way of saying there were mitigating factors that don't get the accused off, but they do explain the situation a bit.
Chris's assault was not aggravated. He picked a fight with no provocation.
I admit I don't know for sure; it's possible I'm totally wrong and you're right.I'm not sure if I'm missing some sort of joke here so apologies if I am, but aggravated assault means pretty much the opposite of what you said, namely that not only were mitigating factors lacking but that the perpetrator was especially intent on causing serious harm or exceptionally reckless in the course of doing so.
Some compare and contrast here.
During 10/28/11, Barb was behind the wheel at the Game Place
On this incident, Chris was acting on his own.
During 10/28/11, Chris was interested in taking pictures of Michael Snyder and that was apparently the motivation behind his actions.
On this incident, he intended to commit vandalism and potentially assault anyone who stopped him.
During 10/28/11, Michael Snyder was injured as a result of being hit by the Chandlers' Car. Chris, although stupid to act as he did, was just a passenger.
On this incident, Chris directly sprayed a GameStop Clerk with pepper spray.
In the aftermath of 10/28/11, Michael Snyder showed a remarkable mercy towards OPL and did not insist on throwing the hard charges against Chris or Barb.
On this incident, GameStop is a giant company that likely can not show the same mercy even if it wanted to, more businesses are involved, and I don't see how any kind of deal with the defendants to drop the charges is likely.
During 10/28/11, Chris wasn't a convicted Felon
On this incident, Chris has that whole history behind him.
After 10/28/11, Chris and Barb did have Bob's estate to use for legal expenses.
On this incident, it isn't clear that Chris has a home to live in. Although he has a small income via medallion sales, he's as broke as then. But Barb has little resources to help him either.

A 10/28/11 ending of probation, fines, and restitution isn't in the cards.
In just about every way, Chris has managed to commit a worse act with fewer means to navigate the legal system.
Chris is definitely going behind bars.
Chris really should be given another round of psych evaluation--it might even come back with real concerns about future violence.
--Chris could be institutionalized. Given that he's managed to commit assault over Sonic's Blue Arms of all things, there is some possibility of that.
Chris probably isn't going to be paroled or given early release. How is any state bureaucrat supposed to look at Chris and his considerable stupidity and decide that he's shown a real effort to rehabilitate himself? Chris has needed that for well over a decade and it never appeared.
Tl;dr: Chris' goose is cooked and he's the last person to know.
Painting arms in the Gamestop
I fought the law and the, law won. I fought the law and the, law won.
Prison won't fix him, but maybe it'll teach him to take authority more seriously and not act like an entitled manbaby that maces employees just trying to do their job.Chris needs to go into a mental hospital at this point because he has completely lost it. I do not think prison is going to fix him.
He won't go to a mental hospital, even if he did unless he wants to make an actual change therapy won't do any good, and the chance for him to become a functional member of society has long since vanished. He needs to stay in a mental hospital so he can get the medication and therapy he needs so he can become a functioning part of society.
https://www.instantcheckmate.com/ There is this site that would give you all the criminal records on Chris, as well as Borb, and it tells me there are FIVE on the three of them, though you need to pay to see themHas anyone obtained a mugshot yet?
He is currently charged with a offense (with fairly good video evidence) that has a one year minimum sentence. Even if he Plea Bargians I really don't see avoid imprisonment in the Card, No felony and Contry Jail sure but he will be imprisonedChris won't go to jail. The harshest sentence he'll receive will be intensive probation and house arrest.
Chris' goose is cooked and he's the last person to know.
Shit just want from 0 to 100 real quick.Shit just got real.
