pretty sure last time i check using a vector and just painting over the dress and head band was not art .

This is a prime example of a young attention whore on dA. It's a shame they're even failing at that-- pretending to be the user's 'relative' on another account with the same art.

now that's out of the way, how old is this potential lolcow? do they moo when prodded? someone mentioned that they baleeted everything. if this is true, hunt down another link.

The topics would be the same thing over and over again. These sort of recolor's are more fitting for deviantart horrors while the artist are better off in a single thread about recolor lolcows who think their OC's are the best in character and design.
