Ralph and Andy could both come back from their respective falls from grace. Ralph could start off by actually following through on putting the bottle down, to get his alcoholism under control. Give himself a week or two off from streaming and relax a bit, and in that time work on trying to get guests on, host some debates like he did previously. He had some decent ones months ago, before the Tonka arc started but he's allowed the drama to consume him, much as all of these former IBS commentators have done. Obviously, the Mundane Matt-esque reading stories and giving milquetoast takes alongside a mentally-handicapped Aussie who's highlight of his day is screaming racial sluts to a hundred or so people hasn't been working, and you'd think Ralph would have enough saved up to power through a few weeks from his Superchats and Rank 1 winnings on stream.me without pulling in more.

I have to say, the Gunt did a pretty solid show today, I found all of it entertaining, he didn't have to bring on some good guest either. Viewership peaked when the Sargon drama started, before that, there's been rather consistent increase in viewship as they progress through, from the Sri Lanka explosions obviously due to short circuits in electronics all the way through the Baked drama. Viewship started declining as expected after the Sargon shit gets boring. At peak, they had 4200 viewers which was really surprising.

Here's how the data was obtained, the method is extremely shit, but fuck it this isn't my academic paper, so it can be shit:
I watched Palmer's reupload which contained timestamps and the view count. Sifted through the stream in 1-3 minute intervals and recorded the numbers. Then I used the timestamps to go through those "critical moments".

Also what exactly is this bitwave stuff? Apparently it's some streaming service ran by dispatch? Do I have to blow air kisses and steam myself fapping, or get truly autistic and make colourful stacked puzzle charts to get in? Interesting.

That graph is pretty interesting. I wasn't paying much attention to the numbers as they grew so I assumed that it was Dispatch or someone else viewbotting again but the gradual buildup makes that far less likely. My worry is that even if Ralph has a redemption arc that he won't be able to pull enough viewers to draw in any big guests. Seeing a decent 4K gives me a little hope that there's a few more miles left in the old gunt. Of course, it remains to be seen if he'll be able to get those numbers consistently which is probably unlikely. In the end though as much as watching Ralph decline has been fun in the long term the Killstream getting back to a little of its old glory would be far better in terms of entertainment.
