So, bail and jail aside.

What must happen for his tugboat to finally sink?

He will probably lose it while he's in jail and not get it back until he gets it reinstated. He will need to undergo a new psychological evaluation because his initial diagnosis of autism is way too out of date for the state offices to use it.

Oh Lord! Chris will then think he has bona-fide store-destroying powers!

"I....I....yeah.....I destroyed The Game Place for banning me, and then I destroyed Sears for banning me. If you don't let me into your store NOW NOW NOW NOW NOW, I am going to place the same curse on your store as well with the malice and hatred of thought.....hmmmmmh.......so you better let me back in, or you WILL suffer the prices! Have a good day and stay safe."
Because doing shitty Chris impersonations and thinking that it's a high form of humor is totally not stupid.

So I'm not sure if it's been determined yet, but what's the chance of Chris actually going to general population if he lands jail time? I know that he might qualify for some kind of segregation into either a specific population or even protective custody, but I don't know how his "high-functioning autism" is labeled within a correctional facility. Anyone have insight on that?

If the Virginia justice system has any mercy whatsoever, they'll understand that Chris probably wouldn't survive a normal prison, and send him to therapy or something.

That seems likely to be accurate. I really don't think it's going to be difficult for Chris to get SSI reinstated, given that Chris is way less functional and employable than 10 years ago.

Right, because your one and only hope following an entertaining retard is that the flow of entertainment just suddenly stops.

You're right - that sounded too stupid for words. To be brutally honest, I just want Chris to own up to his actions, as he really needs this complete and utter bullshit worldview of his shattered now more than ever. And it may be too late now for even that to happen.....

As hilarious as this is, I'm sure, jail and doing time there is anything but. Even if just IMHO, too.

I get a feeling that the mods have been up since this whole mess first started. I hope they can catch some ZZs soon.

When I went to bed last night, all we knew that Chris had pepper sprayed somebody.

When I woke up and checked my phone this morning, I was greeted by giant red text that read, "Chris is currently in jail."

I kinda wish I had been awake to see Ground Zero.

This isn't the Chris from the Future Message who could pass for normal until you had to have a conversation with him. People are going to realize he's got something wrong with him within ten seconds of intake and processing.

Talked to a goody buddy of mine who's in his last year of law school and has done a few rounds of interning at our county DA's office. He said with Chris's past (hitting Snyder) and his current probation, he's more likely to end up in a mental institution than jail depending on what came out of that mandatory psych eval.
