He's got the comicsgate angle covered. He was there from the early days and can provide info on the crossover Kickvickers. I'm sure that Marzie has more to do with comicsgate than many suspect since it's all the same people smelling up Weeb wars as comicsgate.

I still think, as much as we might wish it as an act of Karmic retribution, there really isn’t much point in attempting to sue Marzgurl. You can piece together her motivation pretty easily via her twitter feed. She’s shallow vapid and completely transparent. And clearly a moron. She has no resources to attach. She doesn’t even have enough resources to mount a legal defense. Any attempts to sue her would just result in a default judgement for a dead cat and an old car with no oil. Her main previous source of income was selling her body.... for medical experiments. She’s a moron with actual clinical issues. I don’t think there is much a civil court could inflict on her that is worse than being her. Name her as a witness. Put her under oath. Put the fear of God and Beard into her to extract what little she knows then dump her in the Shane category as too pointless and pathetic to sue.

And this is the thing. Its not really about money. Its about making examples and getting vindication. I would have agree with this before she chose to double down and claim vics MOTHER is helping him groom children. There was a time to stop, and she blew right past it. If a Federal Lawsuit drops on io9 and ANN, adding in Marrzgurl won't increase the costs that much.
