That's funny but it also sounds like a horrifying situation to be in. This is what happens when you feed people's coping delusions instead of having them deal with their issues realistically. That woman sounds like she went through a lot of awful shit, I hope all goes well for her and her kids. In my opinion, even the stealthiest troons like Blaire White don't fully pass. When you see him next to a woman, there's clearly something a bit off.

Facial feminisation surgery and hormones can only do so much. His voice is also just that of a nasally twink with a slightly higher pitch too. I think it comes down to the fact that male puberty is harder to hide because the effects of testosterone can't fully go away, i.e the deepened voice and big bone structure. The only ones that manage to pass entirely are the ones who had puberty blockers and trooned out as children, for example Jazz Jennings. And that isn't even a good thing because it's horrific child abuse.
