Looks like this is it sadly. Ethan is alot like a slug, when it's exposed to the harsh light of day it will try everything it can to haul it's fat blob of a body back to safety. In our case the cameras showing his grotesquely distended gunt and end stage alcoholism to the world was the exposing and cleansing light that should have done him in, but he managed to slide back to his fetid and dimly lit trailer to hide from the light and recuperate. As long as he keeps doing these formulaic and bland streams he'll probably manage to bore the non-paypigs until they move on, while keeping his soccer moms and pay piggies to finance his existance for the next few years until either liver failure or a coronary event takes his life.

The only way he has a proper meltdown is if the funds run too low to fuel his rampant maker's mark addiction.
