He should 100% know likes show up on your timeline now. It's been that way for months and you have to go to your settings to turn it off. Likes should now be treated as if you're the one saying the statement. Checking his twitter setting I doubt he has ever touched the timeline settings. Asking him under oath about this would be fun.

retweeting defamatory tweets implies you support the defamatory statements thus roping you in for defamation just like even if you don't say something explicitly defamatory, but the implications are, it's still defamation

It's just not a smart PR move to say or do anything either way. Saying he is a pedorapist could get you added to a lawsuit, say he isn't a pedorapist be savagely attacked by the twitter mob and a group of VA's behind the scenes toss your jobs. Staying neutral / not saying anything will get some blowback from idiots along the lines of [VA] didn't believe wahmen, but it's minuscule compared to the other options.

I know this was from a few pages back (was out doing stuff around town today and only just got home), but I just have to be amazed and point out just how pathetic these are. Two hundred bucks is a stupidly low goal for these kinds of things, and the fact that Marzgurl couldn't even manage to get ten people to give enough of a shit to throw twenty bucks at a good cause is just fucking pitiful. The single (one, uno, 1) person who threw five dollars to prevent LGBT suicide is honestly the most depressing thing I've seen today, way more so than the issue of LGBT suicide itself.

And this person wants to raise funds for legal attack and/or defense on a 100% spurious fight with some random guy on the internet. While also likely needing cash for a defense against Ty and the Amazons in relation to Vic's case, especially if she keeps doing this shit.
