Monica Rial / Monica Jean Rial / Rialisms & Ron Toye / Ronald Toye III / rontoye3 - 5th Bulma and Ron "Pick Up the Phone or You'll Find Your Dog Dead When You Get Home" Toye

I checked Ron's twitter this morning and it looks like someone talked to him about his likes because he scrubbed them. You guys are just ruining all his fun! Given that tweeting seems to be Ron's major coping mechanism, this has got to be really hard for him. All that pressure building up with no outlet... Are we taking bets on how long before he just can't take it anymore and goes on some major tweet storm?
Is getting rid of the likes going against that order to preserve everything?

Unless I'm mistaken, the preserve order was for collection of evidence and that has since passed and ended. I could be wrong, I'm no lawyer or shoe eater
I think the "collection of evidence" lasts until discovery is over - now whether or not unliking a tweet on twitter could count as destroying evidence is a different question, I've no idea what the answer to that is.

TANGO DOWN!

This means that anything he posts now is immune from discovery and not allowed in court, right? I'm pretty sure I heard that from a very trustworthy Canadian paralegal.

What is more likely?

1) Ron could no longer take people tweeting @ him about how deep a hole he's dug for himself, and therefore privated his account to remove the temptation to write a tweet thread about how noble he is and how awful Vic is

or

2) Ron really, really needed to sperg out and figured he could do it without getting caught as long as he privated his account. Because we all know that there are no moles amongst his followers.

So he closed his Twitter down. He should have done that shit in the FIRST place. Who knows how many of Soye Boye's Twits been saved and sent to The Beard. It's going to be pretty fun trying to explain away those Tweets. This is going to be so much fun.

It's not number 2. There are no posts on his account since 22 April.

So he’s dead then? Because that’s about the only way anybody will get this moron to give up his twitters.

Locked up in the cage without his phone after the lawyer explained Monica how his barrage of defamatory tweets obliterated their chances of defending their case.

Even among them all Ron stands out. He just can’t stay away from social media. He can’t not share. He lacks that filter that tells normies when to shut up and take things seriously. For him taking things seriously means Tweeting harder and faster. He’s going to get completely ass raped in any deposition.

It's going to be a long, long deposition. Generally, deposition length is limited, but there's probably cause here to lengthen it considering the volume of discovery material to go through. It could take literally days. Ron should be saving up those vacation days at work because it could be costly to spend a couple weeks in deposition.

So the cuck shed has a dual use.

Ron comes off as a deeply insecure man with a want to be considered powerful. Secure people don't feel the need to tweet about the luxury products they might purchase, humble brag about their travels, or use ambiguous language to sound like they work for a company they do not work for.

Ron went protected before after saying he was going to stop talking about Vic - it lasted a week last time, I wonder how long it will last this time.

You know who else hasn't met Vic or worked with him? The jury which will be deciding the case based on the evidence. Likewise, they haven't "known Monica for over 20 years".

Knowing Monica for 20 years don't mean shit. Just like knowing Vic for 20 years doesn't mean shit anyway. That's fallacious in itself. Vic's mother also knew him his whole life. But that doesn't mean anything to this banshee.

Isn't deleting likes a no-no because of those papers saying not to delete anything?

Sorry I should have archived that :( may have been missed now.

Screenshots should suffice in this instance.

Doesn't mean we don't have Web Recorder. :)

Pretty sure Gacy's family and friends thought they knew him well.

Phil Souless, Pretty Ugly Little Liars, Renfamous (infamous Lauren...); these people give themselves super villain names. I can't help but think that there's something deep at their core that really, really needs to confess. Whether it's guilt wanting to be uncovered, or pure hubris that wants to gloat over what they do/have done, there has to be something psychological there. If they just wanted to get away with what they were doing, I'd have to think they'd name themselves something sweet and innocent so that they weren't giving away the game right on introductions.

you'g think with the site having liar in it no one would trust it and using famous/infamous? wtf you want to seem higher up on the totem poll? cosplayers die out and are forgotten so easily that you are basically air, all they want is the cosplay not you, we aren't Japan where the person is just as good and praised as the cosplay they wear.

This is something I immediately noticed when I saw people like Dominique putting devil horns on her icon and going "tee hee, everyone hates me~" and "I'm a EVIL feminist, teehee~" type tweets and how alot of these other people enjoy making similar tweets about how they love people (notably those in nerd culture) hating them
I don't think any of them actually think Vic is guilty AT ALL, I think they just want people in nerd culture to hate them so they can mock nerds and brag about their infamy
It seems like this is all to feed their im-better-than-all-of-you complex
