That video is the property of KC’s security. It will not be released unless subpoena’d. That is correct fair and reasonable. the matter is this; is that really efficient? frankly in the case of defamation, perhaps. in fact, i'd almost dare say that this may the first lawsuit of many. and with time? maybe we'll get a general law feeling that says "say shit in public, you might get bankrupt".
