A couple of notes on depositions:
  1. When Nick talked about getting the transcripts Ty responded by commenting "we normally video tape those" - so feels like a reasonable chance we'll get video of them.
  2. Ty has mentioned once or twice that the amazons do a lot of their depositions, so it may be one of them asking the questions rather than Ty.

Whilst we may get video I sincerely doubt we'll get a livestream. I also sincerely doubt Nick will be present or interacting in the depositions.
 
Somewhere out there Toole is gonna be a tool and make another stupid comment about how Nazis are going to monetize the deposition video clips.

It's going to be glorious if it is ever released to the public for us to debunk and pick them apart.

He also said they're a lot meaner. And that one of them was at a deposition in the last six months that degenerated into a fistfight. They do things their own way in Texas.

I also hope he doesn't, but due to the differing nature of the participants. RCM was a steely eyed marine sergeant, used to people lying to him and well understands the SJW mindset. It was also a boss move to show Waid that he isn't afraid and the showdown that Waid wanted for the past ~2 years has placed him on the wrong side of the law, about to be fucked.

Vic appears to be a pretty emotional guy, seemingly responds to others emotions with empathy and I don't think he is versed in the culture wars or their common tactics. I know he was a cop at some point, but i don't think he's got the same mindset as ya boi Zack. If Vic wants to hear then BHBH should have him listen in on a muted phone which also has the benefit of the person deposed forgetting that Vic is 'there' around the hour mark and letting the hate flow.

The law and entertainment is about ~10 years behind making livestreamed trials, judgements, and sentencing.

Mainly, for the sheer fact if they knew someone was recording them and their antics at all time, we'd get alot more material to edit videos with.

Imagine the killing Youtube and WorldStar would make.​

Imagine the advertising for a lawfirm that footage would provide.
