They're going to have the tweets. They're going to have them in folders, numbered or lettered for admission as exhibits, and indexed along with the questions they're asking, so that when they ask a question, they already have printouts of what they expect as an answer, and if they get anything different, they're going to "refresh her recollection."

And if they have to refresh it enough, the judge will call her on contempt of court or possibly perjury if it gets that far.

Ty mentioned when talking about Iago, and I assume it includes the round 1 targets too, that they're going to do depositions before discovery, so they have no clue what BHBH has in addition to publicly available stuff, and see if any are dumb enough to commit perjury.

Depositions are part of discovery. Also depositions are perfect for perjury traps. And if they catch you later rather than right at the time, that's usually just cause for dragging you right back for more. While the amount of time you can depose someone is generally limited (largely because of abusive deposition practice in the past), shenanigans by the deponent can justify more than usual.

It’s kind of weird. 1.0-3.0 is both a retelling/reboot of the original tv show. But it may also be a semi direct sequel of the tv series. As many of the things shown in the Rebuild movies would appear to be damage from the End of Evangelion. Such as the blood red seas, blood splattered on the moon, and Asuka’s wounds. While not overtly said the Rebirth films can be viewed as a separate retelling, or as a cyclical type of thing. A sort of imperfect reset switch gets hit at the point of instrumentality, to do it all over again. Like anything in Evangelion it is one part fan interpretation and 2 parts pretentious bullshit that relies on facts never expressly stated in the show itself.

So let me see if I am getting this straight. Marzgurl called “privately, just among her friends” for Yellow Flash’s Doxx, so she can give it to “her lawyer” so she can sue him for reporting on her public acts of stupidity, as part of his professional work product? Does this reek of complete and utter bullshit to anyone else? “Her lawyer”? How exactly is she paying this lawyer? If she is somehow managing to pay him (maybe a good month testing vetinary quality meds on her kidneys?) Why for fucks sake would she be paying said lawyer for anything regarding Yellow Flash, when she is starring down the barrels of Vic’s lawsuits, that most certainly WILL be coming her way? BTW for anybody curious, look at what Marzgurl here is wanting to do with regard to Yellow Flash. This is exactly the sort of improper use of the law to silence free speech, that Anti-SLAPP laws are designed to prevent. Picture perfect example of it. Not that it’s ever going to get to that, because once again Kaylyn here sure as hell doesn’t have the financial resources to sue somebody over petty matters. Does anybody think she can afford to lay out $20-30,000 usd to pay for it? Yellow Flash sure as shit can afford to answer it. He has a day job, and an engaged enough fan base that his GFM would be filled in a week. (Gee Marzgurl, just imagine how much fun it would be fending off two court cases against parties each having warchests of $100,000+ of donated money, solely for the purpose of burying your worthless whiny ass?)

So what is likely really going on here? Hmmm? Just speculation, but given how Kaylyn has tried and failed to crowdfund such impressive causes as an oil change, her cats vet bills,Mandy her own fucking wedding, i’m Going to speculate that she has no capability to sue anyone (nor valid cause of action). What she is actually trying to do is get YF’s Doxx so she can send him a (completely worthless) C&D. She’s probably looking to get some cheap phone book lawyer to spit out a stock C&D on letterhead for $200. Which she will then use to virtue signal and pimp for pitybux. But she hit a snag. Her cheap lawyer told her he needs a name and address. And she sure as shit can’t afford any investigation charges.

This might in fact be the stupidest woman on the planet.

Well technically public spaces, but not the sort of spaces that anyone in the actual public would be willingly seen to be going to. I'm teetering back and forth between believing that she's being petty as hell because she's under the impression that she's so low standing there's nothing the court can really take away from her, even if anyone did bother to sue her, so she'll just stir up some shit, cry foul, and then rack in the pity dollars; or if she's scared outta her mind and is just trying to punch at what she believes is the nearest available target.

Either way, I don't see anything coming from this. She's either making up the fact that she's been talking to a lawyer, or she's found one in the yellowpages that, like Nick said, heard someone else will be paying the bill and decided to take her for a ride.

Maybe she'd send him a C&D, but the way she's reacting to her own words getting out, I think she just really wanted an excuse to get Flash's dox so she could leverage it against him. Although I can't even begin to imagine how terribly she'd fuck even that up if she managed it in the first place, since she's so transparently bad at doing Gay Ops that even her "buddies" snitched on her.
