Chantal Sarault / Chantal Al-Refae / Foodie Beauty - Delusional drug fiend hamplanet mukbanger from Canada trying to be a glamorous online influencer. Pathological liar, huge bitch, narcissist, animal abuser

6:11 “although I did say, because they were kind of shocked.. Um.. Not shocked but they kept saying you know did you travel recently? Did you injure yourself? Did you have an operation? They didn’t seem to correlate weight, which I expected them to be like you’re overweight this is the cause… inactivity can cause blood clots so she did say try to walk a little bit when you’re feeling better… try to walk a little bit especially as it gets nicer out… but it’s not always caused by weight…um this didn’t start in my legs and travel to my lungs like a lot of blood clots do in people who are inactive… it was actually just in my lung. So. That’s that. They don’t know where it came from it could be genetics my grandmother has problems with that blood clotting, she has pulmonary hypertension”
"did you sit on your ass in your car for hours driving around and binging on shit food?"

immobility causes DVT in the legs.

I've been watching for five minutes and she's gone from thinking about buying crickets for her cat to chase around the house, to fantasizing about her future kids with Malan would be vegetarian. She's now talking about how she hopes not to have siamese twins. What the fuck?

I watched for a while too. She just talked about how amazing Bibi is at taking care of her.
She says she’s still plant based.
And she talked to her cat a lot.
I got bored and left.

Ehhhh I don't think she's faking it. She would be chimping at the callouts if she was lying. Instead she's letting people shit on her in the comments to make herself look like a victim of booleeeiin

Also I read the video comments and people are confirming that Canada has different protocols.

Finally, this dumb bitch needs to go to bed. And if you're not going to bed, go for a walk. Get your fat face off the internet for once.

@ 9:15 "Oh, I just had something to eat because I haven't had anything to eat in forever, like ... I am honestly scared to eat too. Really I really hope this is like a really big scare for me. Like, knowing that you could die is definitely scary." "When I was waiting for Bibi to get the car and pick me up at emergency there was a vending machine full of junk food. I couldn't help but look at it."

She also mentions contemplating McDonald's on the drive home. She supposedly went home instead and had a big salad, even though she's not supposed to eat greens.

A PE is a big deal, if it's true. I was hoping she would get beetus instead. I know that sounds evil, but beetus wouldn't kill her instantly, and would give her a very clearly delineated method for improving her health: no carbs or your toes will fall off. She wouldn't even have to give up meat. Diabetes can kill, but it kills slowly - a PE can kill her at any time, and although gorlfriend isn't known for being honest with her "fans", if she's making shit up about this then it just means she won't take it seriously. She's getting to the age where her body won't be able to cope anymore.

Incidentally, a major food she now has to avoid is fatty meats. We'll see how that pans out. She has to limit her vitamin K for blood coagulation reasons: imagine being only 35 and rendering your body incapable of coping with vitamins.

Chantal was not asked if she was fat because it was observed, lol. Her weight wasn’t commented on because most people that fat don’t change, they just get offended. Those few who do change are a cause célèbre.

Oh boy, this turned morbid. I expected Amberlynn to get something like this way before Chantal ever did.

Only a very dedicated, disciplined lifestyle change could even give her the potential to turn it around from this dark path she's headed down. Chances of that are obviously slim. It might play out slowly, but I really think we're witnessing the beginning of the end here.

I'm giggling at the idea that the last few pathetic seconds of life this fat bitch experiences is her own squishy embolism choking herself to death alone in an empty parking lot while she inhales Arby's cheese sauce from plastic wrappers. Sorry if that's morbid but c'mon, she deserves such an ignominious end and the fact her death-window has been accelerated to such a (supposed) extent makes me giddy. A pulmonary embolism couldn't have happened to a better person.

Can someone shed some light on whether the healthcare in Canada is really so much different from the one in US?

I would imagine that the standard of care i.e. the degree of caution, diligence, and common sense a doctor would exercise in a case wouldn't vary that greatly. I still think that the doctor treated her prophylactically. To prescribe blood thinners to a 400lbs woman practically immobile by her own choice is probably a wise decision. I have a hard time believing that a person in such rough shape as Chantal,- who is hypoxic upon minor exertion (claiming to have an oxygen sat of 87), pre-diabetic, has allegedly ginormous ovarian cysts that need to be biopsied, and who has, or is at very high risk of, other co-morbidities associated with being super morbidly obese was just sent home despite the alleged evidence of a PE and the symptoms to match. It reeks of BS.
As has been pointed out so many times- Chantal lies. She embellishes details, omits facts, and cherry picks others. It stands to reason that they found nothing remarkable, but told her that because of her symptoms and being 400lbs etc.... they were going to err on the side of caution and treat her as such. At her weight and amount of abdominal fat, they probably had a bitch of a time even getting a clear CT image. I also surmise that the doctor explained that she is a high risk candidate for DVT/PE because of her lifestyle and poor health. Even that fact Chantal ignores. Instead choosing to believe that it is faulty genetics, not fat, that got her to this point.

5:11 “so I have to be careful with vitamin k foods, leafy greens, broccoli, stuff like that… um… I can still eat them but I have to be consistent like I can’t just go and eat a whole bunch cause it can throw off the blood thinners"
I'm sure in Chantals fat addled brain, this more or less translated to "Doritos and BigMacs are my healthiest, safest options for food from now on"

The evidence of this in just the latest emergency room debacle is ridiculous. She posted to her Community Tab that her oxygen rapidly dropped to 87 after just a short walk, and said the same in her YouTube video. On the livestream, she said that her oxygen is at 100% at rest but dropped to 87 after a long walk around the emergency department. She added that after a second walk around the department, it had only dropped to 97. So was it a "short distance" or a long walk? Either/or depending on what reaction she wanted from her audience.

She dramatically posted that a PE was suspected according to her discharge papers. On video, she showed that the "discharge papers" she referred to were simply an informational print-out on the Thrombosis Unit at the hospital with some FAQs and definitions, PE being one of them:
741865

She also confessed in the video that her doctor said that because all of her test were fine that he didn't suspect anything was wrong, and suspected a false positive on the D-Dimer. She states the doctor, imaging technician, nurses all told her that the additional tests at the Thrombosis Unit were just a precaution and that she was probably fine.

So she effectively lied about both her oxygen levels and having a suspected PE for dramatic effect, before there was any evidence of a clot. She was just "lucky" that they found a clot unexpectedly, and so spent the whole day garnering attention and asspats by continuously posting in her Community Tab, replying to comments, posting on IG, making the video, and then streaming for an hour and a half. Pathetic.

A long distance in Chantals world is probably a short walk for any normal person.

The last time I had an asthma attack, my blood sat wouldn't go above 85, even once the attack was over. They made me stay overnight. I can't imagine any hospital would let someone with low blood sat, let alone the plethora of other health ailments Chantal claimed in her first few ER community posts, go home. Her re.tarded narc ass saw an opportunity to try and score pity and positive attention, so she started lying and stretching the truth. She's only started back peddling because people aren't as stupid as she is, and began to question her story.

Can someone shed some light on whether the healthcare in Canada is really so much different from the one in US? Cos the whole fucking Europe has free healthcare and we don't let people die or send them home with potentially fatal diseases. But lots of US commenters seem to be freaking out in her comments section. I'm pretty sure fat cunt is lying about everything but I'm curious.

It isn't "free" healthcare technically since Canadians do pay taxes (which goes towards healthcare) and most residents do pay this public health insurance since it covers the cost of medically-necessary insured doctor services. Hence, the Canadian healthcare system could improve (just like any other country), but it's also really good.

I'm not going to go into details, but I know quite a few people that went to the ER in Canada and were admitted into the hospital for a week or more for blood clot(s) that were found in their lungs.

Since Chantal wasn't admitted into the hospital and the doctors deemed it safe for her to go home, makes it seem like her case wasn't as serious as she made it seem. Of course, finding blood clots in your body is scary and can be fatal if you don't catch it in time, but if this was a serious case, then Canadian doctors would have kept her in the hospital... but they didn't.

People like Chantal have a major problem with embellishing stories, because they want attention, love, care, and support. Wanting these things from others isn't a bad thing, but the way she's going about it is wrong.

EDIT: I just want to add that hospitals in Canada don't have rooms to spare to every patient, but if there is a serious medical case/emergency, then they have to monitor you and aren't allowed to send you home, or else, they can get sued. If there are no rooms to spare, then they do make room for patients since they do have spare beds. For instance, there was a homeless man that wasn't feeling well. Canadian doctors ran a bunch of tests on him, and ended up giving him a few meds for his fever, and said he was free to leave (since it wasn't serious). Since this guy was homeless, he asked the doctors if he could sleep in the ER waiting room and if they had a meal to spare, and the doctors literally let him sleep in the waiting room and gave him food. Canadian doctors and nurses do try their best and look out for their patients..
Anyways, my main point is that if the doctors thought Chantal was in any medical danger or risk, then they wouldn't have let her go home. The fact that she was sent home just showcases that it wasn't as serious as she made it out to be.

Chantal's fan base are fellow exceptionals, deathfats, and feeders and it is easy to hoodwink this group. Not so much for the other 95% of the people who follow along. Nothing in her latest adventure adds up. Chantal is used to successfully manipulating her family, her few friends, and asspatters. If something makes sense to her, she figures it will also make sense to everyone else. I'm expecting another chimp out when people start to rightfully question the inconsistencies in her story.

I've lived in both Canada and Europe. No experience with the US medical system.

At least in Germany, they tend to be cautious. You aren't going to be sent home the same day as you have surgery. They also have options for home care, including nurses who will go to your home at night if you need some assistance, to make sure the ERs are only used for people with actual emergencies. Then you will follow up the next morning with your regular doctor, who will give you a paper for you to take to a specialist of your choice.

In Canada, they will send you on your way as soon as they think you won't die right there. If you get sicker once you're out of the ER, it isn't their problem. Lots of people, especially in urban areas, don't have primary care doctors and just use a walk-in (or the ER) when they get sick. If you need a specialist, you need to wait for the doctor to set you up with one.

It's easier to sue in Canada than in Germany, and it seems it's even easier to sue in the US. Maybe the insurance reflects this, so the hospital is able to be more flippant about patient health?

As I already stated I know 3 people who got a PE, they all live in the province of Québec and spend respectively 3 days at the ER under observation, 10 days and 14 days in the hospital after nearly dying.

So to me there is two possibilities to Chantal’s current situation :

1) Chantal is lying, and we know our gorl can lie. She may have something they are trying to prevent enhance the blood thinner (or whatever medication she showed yesterday), but she doesn’t have full blown PE. Also for someone near the verge of death she seems pretty mellow!?

OR

2) The doctor who saw her is fucking incompetent ans she needs to see someone else asap. Not all doctors are created equal and some tend to get rid of patients to empty the ER room mostly if the ER is packed. A friend of mine with major belly pain was sent home without any proper exam after being told she was just constipated... turned out she had an ectopic pregnancy, but the doctor had refused her a blood test and a scan because the pee test was negative for pregnancy and « we are understaffed today so we can’t lose ressources on that ». You have to be your own advocate in Canada and get a second and even third opinion in case of doubt because the doctor you saw may be a moron. Perhaps the doctor who saw Chantal thought she would die soon anyway and wanted to save a bed for someone else so he sent her home? Who knows.

I personally believe Chantal is lying. Part of the story may be true, but I highly doubt it’s a PE like she claims. Seems they ran a bunch of tests so she wasn’t just sent home without proper follow up to check what’s wrong with her (beside 250lbs of pure fat). And if she’s not lying she should go to another hospital asap cuz the clock is ticking and she may be in need of some care she’s currently not getting in order for the hospital to save a few bucks.

Regarding your friend
HgC the hormone that pregnancy tests check for sky rockets in cases of eptopic pregnancies, much higher than even normal pregnancies. If she had a pregnancy test during an ectopic pregnancy that sucker should have been blazingly positive.
