Save for his followers who think he's doing some sort of good on a platform in fighting those evil spergs like EVS. Because manchildren fighting over comic books surely is a big thing to "clean" a platform.
Much as SJW Spiderman can say he has a life via visiting another country, trying to gloat about how you visit another country isn't really all that special. Especially if it's all some way to "own" some neckbeard you don't like.
What makes it funnier is that Vader essentially offed an obsessed fangirl, something that flies over the heads of those complaining, unless they don't like the idea of a woman being portrayed as a creepy fangirl even though that would technically make it equal amongst spergy fans. Vader Vader or Anakin Vader? Anakin Vaden crushed his wife's windpipe and then murdered a bunch of little girls. There was also at least one woman in the Trade Federation council that he slaughtered. He may have also killed a female Jedi during his purge of the Jedi Temple, though I don't remember specifically if he did.

I should note that Disney Vader is super fucking different from OG VAder and especially EU Vader. In particular, OG/EU Vader treated his subordinates that had their shit together/did their jobs well, super well and would help them rise up the ranks and in general, inspired such respect and admiration, that people WANTED to serve under Vader since they respected him THAT much and that Vader's patronage (so long as you didn't fuck up) would be a golden ticket up the ladder militarily.
Disney's Vader is basically a psychopathic manchild who kills underlings indiscriminately, murdered one Stormtrooper for simply seeing his unmasked face after a vessel crashed and his helmet fell off, and basically had to have a full-time t-a-r-d wrangler watching over him 24-7.

That kind of difference is probably the result of when both takes were written. Old Vader being what you'd expect of someone of his position meanwhile new Vader is blatantly teenage Anakin in a suit. Angry Anakin who constantly gets put down ends up attributed to the character as a whole for being more recent.
Kinda like an inverse of writers pretending Tony Stark was always an alcoholic or Bruce Wayne as a brooding cynical man even during the Dick Grayson years where everything was looking up for him.

Kylo Ren is pretty much the same thing. They really don't know how to make any villains anymore. Most of them look like some one is trying to write a pathetic wimpy, comedic villain in serious situation.
It makes the movies feel really boring and uninteresting when the bad guy is so ineffective.

Part of the issue, is that it REALLY pisses Disney (and the SJWs) that the bad guys in Star Wars are the most popular characters. These fuckers shill, quite openly and without ANY cognitive awareness of the damage that they have done to the fandom when they do it, that ANYONE who likes the Empire, Vader, First Order etc are literal Nazis. And that you are only, ONLY allowed to like the Rebels.
And Kylo is in a super fucked up place, where his is the ONLY Disney trilogy merch that actually fucking sells. Disney explicitly wants to push Kylo as a worthless faggot who represents all of the "alt right loser incels" that the SJW crowd hate and despise, as part of their own projection of being fascist scum time losers who can't get laid. His popularity (and those who want to push him and Rey together as a couple) drives them to madness, since they are super fucking pissed that fans like something the SJW-types in charge HATE HATE HATE HATE.
Same with Hux (treated like a joke) and to a lesser extent Plasma and Smoke. It's why Plasma's merch also got shorted when (for a brief moment) fans actually fucking LIKED her; the SJW assholes realized that fans liked a villain, and they couldn't abide by it. They'd rather force people to buy Rey or Rose or Finn shit and it drives them insane that Finn and Rose are huge fucking shelf-warming flops who's merch doesn't sell PERIOD and has caused huge damage to toy sales.

I'm 100% certain Wendig's original draft was just another attempt to shit all over male fans, especially fans of the villains. The final comic was actually amusing, so congrats to the people who salvaged it.

A week ago people were salty at EVS because he doesn't promote their work on his show and therefore they lose out on the millions of dollars they are owed. This week they are salty because he had the audacity to tell them to build an audience before crowdfunding because you'll make money that way. Lots of salt in the thread.

I'm going to disagree with the arbitrary number Ethan pulls out of his ass because literally none of the dudes in Comicsgate, including Ethan, had 25k subscribers before they launched their books. But the general premise is sound: a crowdfunded comic is a product you're trying to sell. In order to sell your product, you need to have a plan on how you're going to make potential customers aware of its existence. And you need a plan better than "get some random youtube celebrity to promote it on his stream." A youtube strategy is fine, but its also something you need to plan out BEFORE you launch your book.

Yeah that number is pulled from his arse, but it's also not wrong...If you think 1/10 people will by your product then at $20 that's 50k.
I've seen a whole bunch of the smaller people with no presence top out ~4-7k, some of these people have gotten featured by EVS and appear to top out at ~20k, if his fans like them they might make it up to ~50k. Only a few CG people have made this kind of money and it's really only Zack that's done it without EVS. I think EVS is looking at TUG, a first timer with an unknown artist and as far as I'm aware hasn't been pimped by CG as much as other books (I haven't watched CG stuff in a while). TUG's still on track for $75k though and frankly i hope he gets the last week push to get him to $100k. How did he do it? By building an audience and networking to help promote his book outside of EVS's channel.
Frankly most of CG needs to work on it's content as a lot of it are hours long livestreams chasing superberries. EVS only blew up due to constant shitting on Star Wars after TLJ and leading up to the Solo movie.
That can't be real... I thought that thing was at max a day course with the information of a pamphlet.

I don't quite see the Kylo situation this way... as in Disney wants to frame him as a useless faggot. Now in the movies, his character certainly has a lot of worthless faggot emo tendencies, but somehow even after running through Han Solo and throwing temper tantrums at every turn, he's clearly being presented as a sympathetic enough figure for Rey to have some sparkly Twilight feels over. If anything, they want to have their cake while not denying fans their urge to write fanfic about fucking that cake. But if they wanted him to be universally hated and despised then they would have made him a moustache twirling clown like Hux or Snoke. Instead he accepts / embraces Rey's inherent gurl power at every available turn. If anything, I'd guess he was specifically constructed to be the SJW take on the bad boy trope. The type that moistens fan girl panties while they imagine all the ways they could fix him if only given the chance.

Odds are it's just gonna be another boring Linux/Android box with emulators on it (see the new Atari VCS), but apparently they're going to secure some exclusives for it, and one of those is going to be a new Earthworm Jim game. They released a press release just now and there will be a live stream on Saturday with more information and signed poster giveaways.
