basically,
kid climbs onto wheelchair girl(?) because she doesn't know better and her shitty mom allows her
instead of asking her to get off like a normal person (which perhaps never even once occured to them), they threaten the kid, saying they'll hurt their fucking mom. the fucking psycho even knew that this area had no camera coverage.
what do they get? 1k upvotes and fucking reddit silver. other little sociopaths brigade against anyone suggesting it was overboard, as well as someone asking about the wheelchair (not even in an accusing way, just genuinely curious)
this person sounds like they're one mental breakdown away from one of those ancap memes where you kill your neighbor for stepping on your grass

r/entitledparents is just r/childfree lite, except youtubers love to give it lots of attention with their samey videos reading a post from there and going "wow this sounds real those parents and kids are horrible, i hope OP is okay".

i also remember some story with some kid who wasn't supposed to be in the pool getting electrocuted because of it
a few people in comments figured out from looking at all the cases of lightning deaths that OP was making it up. several details were also stupidly convenient and they changed their story maybe twice in response to these accusations
then they made a sobpost about how they were leaving and suddenly everyone took their side

If I wanted to play devil's advocate for these loopy Redditors.... I can certainly understand that slamming down the laptop and grounding your kid for a month is probably not the right call either. Going full exceptional and becoming a evangelical/puritanical authority asshole is always a mistake. FUCK YOU DAD is almost always the top item on the ingredient list for whoredom. But holy fuck these people and this 'browse the dildo aisle with your 12 year old" nonsense.
