If anyone is interested, here is the link to Toy Bounty Hunter's stream with TUG, Yellow Flash, and Reuben Langdon:

Last time Langdon was with Toy Bounty Hunter, they kicked the wasp nest that is KickVic.
I'll keep tabs if Langdon says anything worthwhile.
Oh I set a reminder, this will be fun

$1,500...

Hahahahaha. Who the fuck is she trying to retain legal services from?

Shit-Stain Shane, Shoe-Eater Homelessberg?

You cant even pay out of pocket for a retainer and you wanna file a lawsuit against Yellow Flash, who could easily outcrowdfund you?

Ty would crush you and I hope you get a court order to never use the internet ever again after that.

I don't even think you could hire the Honey Badger's Disbarred Lawyer for $1500? Probably not even Landau? It's amazing how small she thinks. It's also sad how after a decade of being an Interwebz semi celebrity she can never manage to actually capitalize on that to any benefit. Everything she tries backfires horribly on her.

What exactly is Marzgurl gonna claim that her damages are? She has been trying to monetize her image on the internet for a decade and is still a broke ho. I guess if on the .001% chance she wins the jury can award her a couple of cans of fancy feast or something.

Go to trial for what? She has no actual cause of action. Being Mean to or about someone on the internet is not a cause of action. Nor is it defamation. And trust me she is likely about to get a very harsh lesson on just what defamation is in the not to distant future.

shes going after the "Lies" which will most likely get destroyed in court when it's found she actually did a lot of the stuff she said she didn't do and gets destroyed.

Oh you sweet naive child. It won't just stop there. We will get to find out a lot more about Marzgurl as she has to turn over her emails and stuff to become public info. I feel bad Flash would have to pay for it, but it would be sweet, sweet popcorn finding out all the dirty secrets Marzgurl did for the KickVic movement as I highly doubt she was anywhere near as civil as she was in a public setting /sneed. Maybe we'll get some juicy Jewwario stuff.

I watched all 4 parts of Ranger Twister for more context. In part 1, Vic is minding his own business and someone comes up to him from behind to ask for a hug, which he gives.

Another asks for an autograph, which Vic attempts to give, but realizes that he has nothing to write on so he turns to this purple-haired person. They turn around and Vic uses their back to write on the paper.

In part 2, Vic is giving an interview to someone in the background.

View attachment 742327

In part 3, Vic is issuing Twister commands like "left leg blue". The purple-haired person, whose back Vic previously used to write on, is playing. Their wig is removed by the little girl in the school uniform.

View attachment 742332

After Vic says, "left leg blue" and they move into their positions, he quickly follows that up with "Hold on, I forgot something" and moves to sign purple-haired person's back again, this time on their person and not a piece of paper.

View attachment 742336

Vic issues another command, "Ah, let's go left leg red." There is a lot of squealing and cheering from the crowd as the two participants struggle to comply. They battle it out, bumping into each other for almost a minute. Ultimately, their shoving match ends with purple-haired person falling over.

View attachment 742341

A person in the audience holds up the winners hand. Vic says "Good game, good game" to these two.

View attachment 742360

This person holds out their hands at another group of people playing Twister and says, "We've still got [unintelligible] people over here."

View attachment 742365

These three other participants have been in a literal holding position waiting for him. Someone can be heard yelling "Bring it on!". There's lots of laughing and people are having a good time. Vic playfully says, "More people to destroy" and starts issuing commands while moving around the outside of the mat.

View attachment 742346

Vic starts with, "Right arm..." then sees that not everyone is on the same page and is perplexed. "Why is your right arm on there and your right... oh individual. OK, from now on, [unintelligible] everybody moves [...]"Left arm red".

The girl with the blue wig says, "I am not athletic at all."

He continues to move around, issuing additional commands and bantering with everyone, "Right arm green... getting better, getting better." "Left arm yellow", "left leg yellow", "Now they made it look [unintelligible]" (crowd can be heard laughing), "Right arm red... now do the Macarena" (more laughing), "left leg red", "Oh...oh...hold that, ooooh" (participants struggle). Someone in the crowd can be heard saying, "Don't rip those mats." "Left arm green."

It is at this moment when Vic says, "Now's a good time to sign autographs." He signs the back of the girl in the middle and the one on the right with long hair.

The girl with long hair can be seen laughing uncontrollably.

View attachment 742381

Vic says, "Right leg red" and the girl with the long hair doesn't make it. She gets up and only two are left.

View attachment 742390

In part four, Vic begins by questioning what color the girl in the middle's left hand is on. She says yellow. He asks, "Why is it on yellow?" She says, "Because you told us." He says, "Well, hers isn't on yellow." The person filming says, "It might have been individual" to which he responds, "Ah, OK."

[Side Note]: @2:36 in part 3, Vic did indeed say, "left arm yellow", however at @3:42 he says "Left arm green".

-Blue-haired girl ended up moving her right arm.

View attachment 742495

-Girl in the middle's left arm was initially on green, but it slipped over to yellow during the following move. Both should have been out, but no one noticed at the time.

After the accusatory Q&A session with the players, Vic proceeds to give the girl in the middle a Pillsbury dough boy push to her stomach to try to make her fall.

Vic says, "Left leg green". The blue-haired girl has some trouble and the girl with the red pants says, "Someone hold her coat up." Vic says, "Woahhh," as it looks like she might fall over.

View attachment 742404

(During left leg green, blue-haired girl completely removes her left hand from the mat to reorient herself, which is against the rules.)

The lady in green helps fix her coat, as does another,

Vic says, "Left arm red." Someone in the audience can be heard saying, "I think he's picking on someone in particular," to which another unknown person says, "Yeah, he is."

There's some cheering in the audience. Vic says, "Are you allowed to like let go of the spot?" It's obvious that there's been some cheating throughout the match. When asked, "Which one did she do?" He says, "That's OK. We'll get her eventually." More laughing from a few.

The lady in green fixes the girl's shirt strap that had fallen down. She says, "Thank you" which is followed by a "You're welcome."

This is the end of the four parts.

Never thought I would see the day that a situation would call for a Twister play-by-play. Weeb Wars - the gift that keeps on giving.

If Marzgurl is lucky maybe the GFM will raise enough money to pay for the postage stamp that would go on the hypothetical cease and desist letter YellowFlash would immediately throw in the trash.

Speaking of GFM, MarzGurl has apparently started one to fund her supposed defamation/"monetizing my image" action. $1500? Yeah, that oughtta cover it.

archive.li isn't fetching sites right now and I can never remember the alternatives.

marzgurl :"I WANT TO STOP BEGGING"
also marzgurl : "I need $1500 for legal fees"

Every time I hear kickvic scream "YOU ALT RIGHT PEOPLE" I want to fucking scream. We're not all alt right you fucking exceptional individuals. It just proves that they only do what they fucking do purely for political reasons instead of the garbage they like to circle jerk each other for and virtue signal for. What a sad way to live, being so obsessed with attention and validation and their dumb exceptional hugboxes. They are the worst kind of people and they need to end their own misery and ours and just Minecraft themselves honestly. I'm so goddamn tired of hearing them call the opposing side alt right people when istandwithvic is comprised of multiple backgrounds and political views. There are men AND women, survivors AND regular folk, Trump supporters AND anti Trumpers, republicans AND democrats. They are missing the key thing here and it's what they all have in common is that they believe that someone, ANYONE who is accused of anything has the right of due process. If they are guilty then you need to PROVE that they are guilty. Until then, they are considered innocent. Simple as that. My God, they piss me the fuck off.
Summed up to a tee. I think many of us can get behind that. Just like Vic got behind those 'poor victums' :story:
Is Vic someone else in that video other than the guy center frame? Because he's very clearly using a marker to write something on the small of the back.
You're seeing what we're seeing, man. They're fucking touched in the melon.

Kickvic are so fucking stupid, it hurts.

We can now add Twister rape and back signing rape to the piggyback, tickle, and glomp rapes. Oh, and can't forget the infamous jellybean rape. These people think sexual assault is a game. Literally.
Pretty sick and disturbed people when you really think about it.

Fuck if I'm catching up on nearly a hundred pages:
742759

Give the thread a week and it's impossible to catch up.

Not a tremendous lot with the lawsuit, but some amusing and/or exciting things have happened in the periphery.

  • Ron Toye finally protected his Twitter account.
  • Nick Rekieta has been permanently banned from Twitter, for posting, "It lifted a fold and found the evidence it needed." Probably on grounds of it being misgendering. Claims "it" referred to #KickVic as a collective group, not to a specific blue orca. Is appealing the ban (good luck with that, Nick).
  • Nick Rekieta now has his intern ("Nick's Intern", "intern-chan", or "@LawArchive" on Twitter; she/her) tweet out announcements for his streams. She has engaged in limited discussion with #KickVic, but plays it somewhat safe since she doesn't want to end up getting banned too. She's totally not Nick, you guys.
  • Several #KickVic have apparently faced Twitter suspensions of their own for misgendering Nick's intern, who they insist is clearly just Nick larping as a female intern to evade his permanent ban. The sweet, sweet irony of this is apparently lost on them.
  • Gay and gayer ops from @ShortRound, who insists that he isn't "Believe Bulma," but who did successfully bait a certain blue orca into paying over $300 to buy renfamous.com. Various other websites have sprung up (e.g. renfamousx.com, blackfacelawyer.com).
  • #KickVic managed to use Google, and discovered that "Fear The Beard" is a registered trademark belonging to Duck Commander. Ty and subsequently Nick received nice cease and desist letters from Duck Commander's lawyer saying that they had "been made aware" of the use; they also contacted TeeSpring and got Nick's "Fear The Beard" merch pulled. Nick responded by creating "Cuck Commander" merch.
  • Attempts by Nick to contact Duck Commander's lawyer and negotiate a limited license to use the "Fear The Beard" trademark have failed, and he is planning on filing a Petition to Cancel their trademark (and livestreaming it, of course). Grounds for cancellation are because Duck Commander has not actively attempted to protect its "Fear The Beard" trademark; the phrase is in widespread use, including many other unlicensed T-shirt designs.
  • The Vic Kicks Back GoFundMe surpassed $150k during Nick's stream last night, and is still going.
  • The missing Amazon from BHBH's team, Kristina Ross, will finally be making an appearance on Nick's show sometime this week. Topics will include the NFL draft.
  • Ty Beard's daughters will also be making an appearance on Nick's show sometime next week.
  • Nick will be hosting a panel at Anime Matsuri in June, possibly along with Ty Beard.
Good thing I found this before I asked for a TLDR, anything else happen since this?

PS - Did I arrive too late to make fun of Marzgurl's biggest (heh) donor?
