RN, there is some major flooding and the bridge that connects Gatineau to Ottawa was closed down. It may have opened at this point but I honestly think she lives on the Ontario side.
ETA: I am wondering if she lives in Community Housing in Ottawa. It makes sense seen as how the apartment is infested with rodents and roaches and god knows what else. The rent would be geared to income and well, we know she doesn't have a steady income. This could be one of many reasons why Bibi (if he is her boyfriend) wants to stay out of her dumb vlogs in case she gets caught having someone live there that shouldn't be and gets an eviction notice.
There is a community housing complex in the Sandy Hill area of Ottawa and that's only about 5 miles in her bingemobile to the blood lab. Not to mention, that particular blood lab (on Bank St) has a plethora of fast food options in the vicinity.

I think given the trauma they've surely had to endure already they must be reinforced to still be hooked up. Then again, a bunker buster of three-day backed up Arby's binges might just finally do the trick.

Wait, wait, wait. Chantal said her doctor told her to continue with Tylenol but then gave her Dilaudid? But I thought she had trouble breathing because of this blood clot on her lung? That stuff can cause respiratory distress. Does this doctor know what respiratory distress means? Does this doctor know she already has to sleep with a c-pap machine?
So he (or she) tells her to use Tylenol, but then jumps to a highly addictive opioid? And dummy Chantal takes it?
She said it wasn't because of the clot but other problems. Does any medical doctor in Canada realize one of the biggest problems will be when she stops breathing?
IDK, but all of this stuff is just not adding up. There seems to be a lot of strange information Chantal is giving out including having no idea what her blood work this morning was all about or how to prepare for it.
I have no idea what's true & what's a lie anymore. There's either some serious medical malpractice going on, this is really what Canadian healthcare is like, or Chantal is lying.

The Dilaudid was for the cyst pain (apparently)...Chintal lies all of the time and probably lied to the doctor too about her c-pap machine. I'm sorry the doctor MUST have said about her weight, she's a fucking barrel.. Seeing her makes you GASP as she is so big. So take it all with a pinch of salt until the next installment.

It's damn near impossible to even get dilaudid in the hospital in the US. Even a fentanyl patch would be more likely....

I absolutely believe that the doctor didn't bring up her weight. It's clear as fucking day that she's enormous and that her weight is either causing or exacerbating all of her health issues. She knows it. The doctors know it. The doctors know she knows it. A quick look at her medical history would show that she's been 400 pounds since her early 20s, so 15 years now. She's pre-diabetic, has sleep apnea, is nearly immobile, is too fat for surgery for her possibly cancerous cysts - any doctor that sees this would have to assume she'd already been talked to about her weight at each of these developments. At the very least they'd have to assume she has a fucking mirror.
Especially in Emergency - the doctor has no time for this bullshit. She comes in with nothing obviously wrong with her, "normal" blood results, normal EKG, normal CT scan - any doctor's response would be to send the bitch to a specialist and get her huge ass out of there to make room for the actual emergencies. No one is going to sit down and have a heart-to-(failing) heart with the gigantic cackling moron about her diet. I'd be surprised if there weren't notes in her medical chart that she consistently refuses to follow recommended weight loss advice.

I agree, that would not be something that any ER doctor would spend time on. She's fat, we all know she's fat. The doctor made a recommendation to follow up with a specialist who most certainly will cover that with her. If she's going to a vascular specialist and she claims she is, then that's going to be the first conversation. Sis, you've got to move your humongous ass. Who knows what's real with her. She's been in a wave of mania for a couple of weeks now.

That ER doc with the scrip pad who handed Chantal a bottle of dilaudid also recommended that she take 3 extra strength Tylenol. In the states that would equal 1500 mg of acetaminophen. Given that she very likely has a fatty liver, if she takes his advice and starts popping extra strength Tylenol like candy, she'll put herself into liver failure more quickly than an opiate addiction. On the plus side, it would solve her clotting problem. Since she didn't have the first fucking clue that she's now taking a narcotic stronger than morphine, we can assume he didn't educate her on how not to wreck her (probably sick) liver. He's definitely of the "treat 'em and street 'em" variety of dangerous MDs.

Somehow I don't think she will die soon. She got what she wanted, asspats, pity, attention and new "content" for her channel with this whole hospital saga, whichever parts happen to be true. How exciting for Chantal "this is my life now" referring to blood tests. Finally something going on in her life and Bibi's "helping" her again as well. She almost seems too happy for someone who just found out they are seriously ill. Meh, we'll see what happens, but I'm not worried about her one bit.
