Yeah, that's pretty much how the Pacific Coast is. Population wise, the cities overpower the rest the area to make it lean left; while geographically, the state actually turns right.

I think a lot of democrat states are like that. My home state of Minnesota has been blue since 1932, except for Nixon's landslide victory. But that's only really in the major population centers . Rest of the state? Fairly red.

If you get a judgement against someone, to garnish their income it has to be on an account with their name on it, since I doubt Kat is on his condo in CT, they would have to come after an account he is a signer on. They can also seize assets worth what is owed but that’s a logistical nightmare, especially considering he’s on the other side of the country. He’ll draw out the consequences as long as possible
