Well, kind of. TERFs are logical feminists and liberal feminists hate them for it, and truscum are (relatively) logical trannies and AGPs and transtrenders hate them for it.
I agree with truscum that gatekeeping is necessary. I'm not fond of their circlejerking over their imagined superiority, but they have a point that there needs to be some standard for medically being considered a transsexual. It can't just be based on self-proclamation. Because in that case, being transgender doesn't mean anything at all, because no one can agree on what even makes someone a troon. It's quite apparent that the current consensus (at least on shitholes like Reddit) is that anyone can be trans, and they "just know". You see this all the time with young boys posting on r/asktransgender, asking the older MTFs if they could be trans because they get a hard on when they slip on their sister's underwear or a pair of stockings. The comments are full of adults clamouring that they 100% ARE trans and no boy ever imagines what it's like to have a female body (if that's the case then every horny teenage boy is a troon now).

They’re like a stepping stone but definitely very not TERF. Gender critical feminists believe gender is made up and the truscum points don’t matter; sexual dimorphism is a fact regardless of how unhappy it makes a person. Therefore, regardless of dysphoria, the TERF argument would be everybody needs either some form of therapy/medical treatment that isn’t reassignment (if dysphoria), or to just kindly fuck off (autogynephilia). The truscums believe only they are worthy of cross sex hormones and those othe r gross freaks are making them look like freaks by association

It's really alarming to me. We've discussed that having issues with your body as a teenager is normal, but I also think a wearing-lingerie fetish among guys is pretty normal too. The thrill of the forbidden! It's not even necessarily autogynephilia.

Hey so idk if this feeling is normal for a trans woman. I had my orchiectomy two weeks ago to start my transition and I really don't know how I feel about it. I honestly kinda miss my testicles. There was always a sexual part to my transition as the thought of transitioning and living as a woman always aroused me, and now with my plummeting t levels and lack of libido I've barely thought about transitioning and the thought doesnt give me that much joy.
I honestly feel like I just mutilated myself l and I'm scared I made a mistake. Are these feelings normal?? I felt so steadfast for years about wanting to transition, and now it's kinda meh. I don't know if maybe I'm just not handling the sudden change well or if I seriously just made a huge mistake. I was on hormones for over a year but my levels were never right, during that time I was so excited to transition yet so disappointed that my t levels refused to drop, I haven't had sex with my partner in two months and I just feel awful. I'm 21 so my sexuality, and sex drive were a MAJOR part of my life, and I honestly feel a whole missing right now.
I just want to know if these feelings are going to go away, and if not what would my next step be?

Don't panic is the first step. What is done is done, so don't worry about regrets (easier said than done, I know).
Post-op depression is a real thing for any surgery. You can see a therapist about that or try to wait it out - either way don't make any major decisions about your transition yet.
If you ultimately decide that transitioning is not the path you want to take, you would need to pursue testosterone HRT.

Let's use a Start Trek reference as a metaphor, because why not. So, you just suffered a photon torpedo blast from a Klingon vessel. Your ship is damaged. Power has been re-routed from all non-essential systems to maximize repairing the damage.
Healing is your number one priority, and your body and mind are being focused on that. Your brain doesn't give a shit about your emotional well being, your desire to live authentically, your sex drive, your stamp collection, etc. It's shutting down all desire for those things and putting every ounce of energy in your body and mind into repairing the wound on your crotch. When your body is sufficiently happy with the healing process, it will begin restoring energy to those systems it shut down. Your sex drive will come back. Your desire to be happy will come back. Your desire to be congruent with your core self will come back. Just chill and let your body and mind do their thing.
It's not a good idea to make big decisions or create beliefs about yourself when you aren't in a state of equilibrium or harmony. Here's another metaphor. If the power goes out in your house, after 1 hour you don't start planning how to forage for food. You don't start sharpening sticks to use as spears to hunt for food. You just wait. Right now you need to realize that your body is in a non normal state of function. Just take care of yourself and wait

Hey so about a week back I posted an article voicing some doubts and fears about my orchiectomy. I was drunk at the time and was just throwing random fears instilled into me by terfs about my identity.
Well this post I thought would be for the trans community to see and help me through has resulted into propaganda for terfs and the anti trans community. All filled with people who dont know what they're talking about using my post as "proof" that most trans people are just mentally ill and acting out a fetish
I have received dozens of messages on here and gotten troll/hateful comments on my post now either ridiculing, or laughing at me calling me a freak, Darwin award recipient, ect.
This has caused me a lot of mental anguish added to my recovery hormonally and adjusting to the jew way of life as far as my privates are concerned.
So just a word of warning to anyone posting on here, be careful with your words as there are people on this subreddit who are just looking for ammo to invalidate trans people and hurt our cause.
